Just watched brother. Epic review. I swung the hammer out as far as it fucking goes with this one and I knew it wouldn’t hit with everyone. I think of chapter 71 as SLEDGE’S Grand Inquisitor. A full spiritual treatise within a badass pulp action-horror tale. Ballsy? FUCK YES. That’s the fucking point.
Same for the gratuitously unflinching nature of the violence. SLEDGE NEVER HITS SOFT. If it triggered you… GOOD! That’s the fucking point.
