Just got the final master of my new album and hot damn it sounds good. I may not be able to network well in Silicon Valley, but I make some damn fine music and that’s what matters the most. Music first. Always the music. The real ones know!
If the Democrats win I demand reparations for every job I was more qualified to get than the candidate more socially connected for the job.
My favorite genre of tweet is when a scientist discovers something that is hard for people to digest and someone replies by telling them to manifest a more positive reality and starts babbling on about portals.
Few people are ready to discuss how The Truman Show was a film about escaping Main Character Syndrome. Ed Harris’s character represented the persistent enablers who would not let the ego rest. That’s what made him so evil.
Saw one of the Claudia videos where she was wearing a dress I designed in 2005. Early Futurism was crazy like that.
Don’t think I have the courage to try and get in on the action of some huge account here. It would be like trying to speak to a famous person at a party I didn’t produce. Why not just go over to the corner and start a fake militia?
Any IG model can just use AI to put themselves on the cover of Vogue now to get 5K likes from back home.
The best music you can get right now. Hardcore organic industrial. We’re keeping it intense.

I wanted to apologize to you for praising you in public. I can see now that you didn’t want to associate my name with yours. I should have been more mindful in considering that publicly saying something good about you could hurt your reputation.
Hanging out with the club kid revivalists in early 2000s NYC.
The after parties in which a kid would
pull out a sketchpad and you’d say they were going to be a millionaire some day as minimal techno played in the background. Then they’d tell you their parents were junkies.
What we’re going to start seeing is a lot of young women dressing up like cyborgs in order to appease gooners on senior tech salaries. Essentially, an anti-feminist reboot of cybergoth.
Punks were hostile as a default mode because they got excluded from normal society for the wrong class signaling. The hostility was a way of owning the exclusion. Finishing school was not accessible to everyone and people needed to stay sane.
The hardest thing about growing older is that moving to a city where you can get the same feeling as you did when you were in your late teens and ruling the underground is that the medical care in the new city of countercultural opportunity would not be able to treat you.
One of the things about the feed is that it can make people immune to context. I’m as guilty of this as anybody. I want to be more conscious when I comment on things, because if I don’t know what’s really going on I shouldn’t be saying anything. Neither should anybody else.
If you’re a tech industry DJ you can sneak in a Skinny Puppy track after a Grimes track. Just putting this information out there.
Maturity is learning not to take it personally when people walked away from me in conversations and accepting that I was talking about weird things and that they simply wanted to relax.
