Every two years, companies have a "new" budget deficit. In reality, the budget deficit has grown. Close the budget deficit and stop cutbacks and layoffs.

From end-layoffs.com/ Why have taxes risen so enormously over the last forty years? In the early 1980s, employees developed a solution to a problem faced by the wealthy and large corporations. The level of salaries depends on the type of work, education, age, and experience. Additionally, employees naturally need a building to work in and they need machines. And let’s not forget raw materials to make products. So if a company wants to put 1,000 employees to work for a year to produce a product, considerable calculation is required to determine what this will cost. The question being whether this yields more than other investments a company or millionaire could make with the same amount. Over the last 3,000 years, employees have invented a method many times to ensure that their salaries were always paid. See the next chapter. During the crisis of the early 1980s, a situation threatened where many civil servants and employees would not be paid, and they reinvented the method. This time, however, large companies and governments discovered that they could use this method, budgeting/budget financing, to solve the investment problem. You reserve a budget of $1,000 per hour worked. This reservation is intended to pay salaries, buy buildings, buy machines, buy raw materials, etc. All costs a company must incur to put these 1,000 employees to work are covered by this reservation. Consequently, the total costs are simply the total number of working hours times $1,000. Based on the number of working hours, it can be calculated how many raw materials are needed, how large the building must be, how many office chairs need to be purchased, etc. And if there is budget left over at the end of the year, that is no problem at all, because budget is not real money. It is merely a calculation tool. The problem with this method is that most citizens and politicians do not know that budget is not real money. Which leads to the following situation: When a bridge that cost $30,000 50 years ago needs to be replaced, the budget is estimated at $50 million. $50 million for a bridge is, of course, far too expensive. So the project is planned, but does not go ahead after public consultation. As a result, a budget deficit of $50 million arises. Workers who build a bridge do not need a building, so 90% of this budget is never spent. In reality, this bridge ends up costing $50,000. But citizens and politicians are unaware of this. How does such an enormous budget deficit arise? You would think that if a project does not go ahead, then no buildings or machines need to be purchased and no salaries need to be paid. So you would think that this costs nothing. But the budgeting method is intended to ensure that there is always sufficient money to pay salaries, even when the work is not carried out (see next chapter). For that reason, planning a project but not executing it is treated as an expense in the accounting records. Now the municipality is going to cut costs. When making cuts, accountants always make a mistake that makes it appear as if the cuts have a revenue, in this case of $50 million (see further). But in reality, cuts have no revenue. The municipality uses that “revenue” to give the citizen a tax benefit. Budget is not real money. But the tax benefit is paid with real money. Money that the municipality had wanted to use to solve problems. The next time the municipality closes the accounts they discover that they have $50 million less than they thought. Governments always respond to this by raising taxes. In the last 40 years, they have done this many millions of times. As a result, the cost of living continues to rise and it becomes increasingly expensive to raise children.

Why are parents having fewer and fewer children? Governments worldwide are concerned about the fact that parents are having fewer and fewer children. If this continues, in about thirty years there will no longer be enough people to keep our society running. There are many theories, but the cause is very simple: Money. In the 1960s, it cost $25,000 to raise a child (ages 0-18). Salaries were high, unemployment was low, and housing prices were low. Parents were certain that their children would become financially independent. Today, it costs $300,000 to raise a child (excluding university). Salaries are low, unemployment is high, and housing prices are high. A large proportion of children remain financially dependent on their parents into adulthood. In the 1980s, budgeting was introduced by many companies and governments. Budgeting uses a trick that makes it very easy to plan investments. However, the same trick also causes enormous budget deficits that continue to grow. Austerity measures lower salaries, increase unemployment, raise the price of consumer goods and houses, and cause wealth to become concentrated, making the rich ever richer. Why have taxes risen so enormously over the last forty years? See pinned post

The yo-yo effect Do you want to wear the clothes, the size you wore when you were 20? howtogetthin.eu/exercises/ People regularly compliment me on my weight loss, even though I hardly lose any weight. When you train the first three parts of your rectus abdominis muscles, you can halve the size of your belly within a year. When you train your oblique abdominal muscles and calf muscles, you can theoretically burn 78 kg of fat per year. But whether you actually lose that much weight depends on whether you can get the yo-yo effect under control. - In late 2025, American doctors observed that people who lost weight with the help of diabetes medication lost more muscle mass than fat mass. They thought that this had something to do with the medication. - In the first six weeks of 2026, I lost 1.5 kg per week. According to my scale’s app, that was 500 grams of fat and 1 kilo of muscle. - At the beginning of 2026, I was 60 kilos heavier than in 1979. According to my scale’s app, that was 20 kilos of fat and 40 kilos of muscle. For about 10 years now, we have had access to second-generation digital scales capable of calculating body fat percentage. This gives us access to information we did not have before. My initial results seem to indicate that, whether losing weight or gaining weight, two-thirds of the change in weight is attributable to a change in muscle mass and only one-third to a change in fat mass. Summary People use muscles to move around. When they gain weight, they need extra muscles. For every kilo of fat you store, your body builds two extra kilos of muscle. When you lose weight, your body has to get rid of those extra muscles. Three problems arise in this process. 1. When you pause a movement while burning fat, muscles are broken down: If you cycle to work five days a week and do not cycle on the weekend, your cycling muscles are broken down on the weekend and rebuilt starting Monday. This causes you to lose a few kilos and then gain them back. 2. If you make an incorrect movement that damages a muscle, this is the first muscle to be broken down when you pause the movement while burning fat. This causes you to lose weight and then gain it back when you start the movement again. If you perform the movement correctly, the muscle is not damaged, will not hurt, and you can continue for longer. This gives the body the chance to build up the muscle further, and you suddenly gain a few extra kilos. 3. If you get the yo-yo effect under control, you enter a phase of six to twelve months in which your belly slowly gets thinner while your weight remains constant. You build muscle mass and burn fat at the same time. But muscles are heavier than fat, causing your weight to rise. However, this process takes six to twelve months. This means that your weekly weight gain is lower than the minimum 0.1 kg weight gain that digital bathroom scales can register. So your belly gets thinner while your weight appears constant. Conclusion. Although confusing, the yo-yo effect turns out to have no influence whatsoever on your body's ability to get thinner with the help of my exercise plan. By now, my lower abdomen is so thin that I can pull up the waistband of my pants, the size I wore when I was 20, to just below my belly button. This brings the crotch of my pants to the right height, instead of halfway down my knees. howtogetthin.eu/the-yo-yo-ef…

Obesity is caused by sit-ups. TL:DR The first three parts of the rectus abdominus are not strong enough to lift the torso. Read the full story at howtogetthin.eu/ Synopsis If the first three parts of the rectus abdominis muscles are well-trained, they fulfill five essential functions. Among others: The first two parts pull the abdomen up half a centimeter 24 hours a day. The weight of the abdomen is determined by the contents of the intestines. Depending on what people have eaten or not eaten in the last few weeks, the intestines weigh somewhere between 500 grams and 10 kilos. The higher the weight, the more fat the first two parts burn when pulling up the abdomen. In other words, the more people eat, the more fat they burn. This is the feedback system that has ensured people maintain a low, constant weight for hundreds of thousands of years. Just over 12,000 years ago, people discovered the sit-up. The main problem with the sit-up is that it works differently than people think. The first three parts of the rectus abdominis muscles are absolutely not strong enough to lift the torso. But the trick our body uses to lift the torso backfires during the first six months of the growth spurt. During this period, the roll-up is the only exercise with which children can train the first three parts of the rectus abdominis muscles. But when children complain that the sit-up has suddenly become much harder and ask if they can do the roll-up, gym teachers call them drama queens and forbid them from performing the roll-up. Consequently, the first three parts of the rectus abdominis muscles become flabby. The feedback system stagnates, and people become increasingly fatter and heavier.
