It has a name: it is called malingering. In particular situations feigning gender dysphoria / gender incongruence could be for the benefit. A rapist may potentially assume cross-gender identity to evade placement in men's prison following persecution. We should not downplay this.

In my Big Kink Dataset, 1.3 million responses, trans women reported they had autism at over 4x the rate of cis women. In my hardweight version of the dataset, that aggressively controls for overrepresented elements in my survey population, it's 10x.
