“HIS EXCELLENCY” IS A TITLE OF EMPTINESS When you see any African being referred to or insisting he be referred to as “His Excellency,” know that you are looking at a FULL BLOWN COLONIAL SLAVE. No genuine African leader has called himself “His Excellency” before or currently. They chose “Comrade”, “Mwalimu” or no title. The Great Thomas Sankara’s title was either the genuine one he earned in the military—Captain—just “Thomas Sankara” until the imperialist felt so threatened, they plotted and had him murdered in cold blood. Captain @CapitaineIb226 has not adopted any fake titles but continues to make Pan-Africans proud. The Venerable Julius Nyerere used “Mwalimu,” his true calling as his title for the more than 20 years he led Tanzania and cobbled together a genuine united society out of the colonial babtustans. Nelson Mandela, Chris Hani, Samora Matchel—name them—referred to themselves as “His Excellency.” They left their real contributions and legacies to speak for them. Mwammar Gaddafi transformed Libya from a poor dusty slave plantation into a modern country with free education from kindergarten to the PhD level; eliminated homelessness; introduced universal free healthcare for everyone; built a modern efficient free transportation system; eliminated abject poverty; and contributed billions of dollars to decolonization struggles all over Africa, but never used the silly “H.E.” title. But when you look across Africa, especially to the most POLITICALLY BACKWARD countries like Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda, the first thing any thug in a suit who dreams of continuing to mess up their country on behalf of imperialism does is to start strutting around calling himself “His Excellency.” Africa’s worst tyrants, plunderers and murderers call themselves “His Excellency” and “Her Excellency.” It’s the most useless title and a sign of EMPTINESS. Africa will never be fully LIBERATED, transformed and respected until Africans LIBERATE their MINDS of all colonial REFUSE, beginning with useless titles and preoccupations. The useless title “His Excellency” is not a vision, a philosophy, an ideology, a program or an idea. It has never created employment for the hundreds of millions of desperate unemployed youth wallowing in poverty, homelessness and are facing extinction.
