BREAKING: NBC drops bombshell, reveals that Republican 2024 presidential candidate Governor Ron DeSantis just abused his power by demanding that a federal judge delay Disney’s massive lawsuit against him until AFTER the 2024 presidential election.
But it gets even worse…
DeSantis also demanded that the judge simply THROW OUT Disney’s lawsuit against him because he claims that he has immunity that “shields” him from being sued for creating laws that target Disney for supporting America’s LGBTQ+ community.
Disney is accusing fascist DeSantis of acting like a dictator by using the power of the state to “weaponizing the power of government to punish Disney for its protected speech.”
DeSantis wants the judge to delay the trial until August of 2025, a whopping THREE years, because he knows that Disney is going to win their lawsuit again him — and he doesn’t want to be embarrassed in front of voters ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that the judge MUST DENY DeSantis’ shameless demands — and consider investing in Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is currently doing a round of equity crowdfunding and just blew past $2.1 million raised from 5,300 of its users. If you want to own a small piece of what is quickly becoming the “next big thing” in social media, here is the link to do so, wefunder.com/Tribel. You can invest as little as $100 — or as much as you’d like. Here’s the link to download the new Tribel app that Elon Musk is so afraid of: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb

Across the country, states have already passed bills restricting choice. If you're looking for ways to respond, @PPFA, @USOWomen, and many other groups have been sounding the alarm on this issue for years—and will continue to be on the front lines of this fight.
ALT Blue graphic: Join with the activists who’ve been sounding the alarm on abortion access for years — and act. Stand with them at a local protest. Volunteer with one of their organizations. Knock on doors for a candidate you believe in. And vote on or before November 8 and in every other election. Because in the end, if we want judges who will protect all, and not just some, of our rights, then we’ve got to elect officials committed to doing the same.

TW: He raped FOUR TEENAGE GIRLS & was sentenced to probation only, no jail time. The judge says “he prayed about it,” & decided that sexual violence against multiple women wasn’t worthy of accountability? Fuck this system. LOCAL ELECTIONS MATER. Get to know your judges. End this
“My client threw up in the ladies room following the sentencing,” Mr. Cohen said in an email, adding that “if Chris Belter was not a white defendant from a rich and influential family” he “would surely have been sentenced to prison.”
