Adorable new Puppy with an injured neck. The rope was so tight it dug into his neck. Why why why? Imagine how bad it would have been if it hadn’t been removed whilst he keeps growing. Now he’s at GDS & he’s looking for a name and a home! Isn’t he adorable? 😍😍

Older Galga handed over. She’s 10yrs old and we hope she can find a home as soon as possible. Sultan was 10yrs and we are struggling with him leaving us so soon. Let’s get Veronica into that sweet life. Plz will you share? 🙏🏻❤️

Let’s look at some forgetting ones ☹️ The big black boys often get overlooked so let’s look at Calippo. He’s 6yrs old, a bit shy in the kennel environment but improves when he’s away from the kennels and in the quiet sensory garden. A quiet home with another dog would be perfect. Could you share and help his dreams of the sweet life come true? 🙏🏻❤️

Terrified! It’s not fair 😥 Mochi is 7yrs old and really needs to get out. Can we share and find her a home? 🙏🏻❤️ Shes likely never had a good day in her life. Let’s change that ❤️

Margo is a worried girl but has alot of potential to improve quickly. She just needs a family 🙏🏻 She’s around 5yrs old and has likely never had a good time in her life. It’s sad it has to take so long for so many rescue dogs to find good homes. Will you share Margo ? Her kennel friend Tiara is off soon to live her sweet life. Let’s share and do the same for Margo ♥️🙏🏻

Willow is an older whippet around 9yrs & 13kg from China. She was rescued from the meat trade via @CandyCaneRescue who asked us to help as she has a few health issues and that could not be fixed in China. Willow is extremely loving and sweet 🥰 So far she’s had a CT scan, x ray, blood tests and her eyes checked. She had an old break in the leg, nothing to be done. She’s going blind. Will see eye specialist next. The CT scan was not entirely conclusive regarding the lump on nose but we are waiting to hear more but looks like a vascular malformation. Willow needs a loving quiet home. She’s had a rubbish life… let’s share and change that 🙏🏻❤️ Of course any adopter will be supported with any vets bills going forward. Plz share Willow 🙏🏻❤️

Meet Shy, the podenca rescued recently from the streets. We told her to strike a pose to melt your hearts ❤️ Did she succeed? She’s 4yrs old and needs a home 🙏🏻❤️

Well some good news… 🗞️ Matisse leg did not have to be amputated ❤️ On the other hand… the cone didn’t make it 🙄 Absolutely lovely girl that needs a home 🏠

Did Romeo get beaten? The video suggests a possibility. Left with a broken hip, it was that tragedy that saved him as he was given away. He’s had an operation and has worked hard to get better. Please share, he really needs to get out the kennels now and us a gentle lad that needs some cuddles and love! 🙏🏻❤️

Jolly is a new boy just 2yrs old. He’s so jolly hearted it’s the only name that suited him. You know how it goes here tho 🤣… it will be jolly pants 👖 in no time. This jovial, jolly hearted lad needs a home 🏠 Plz share 🙏🏻❤️

Abu is a lovely Galga that recently arrived to Galgos del Sol. She’s around 4 to 5yrs old, super sweet and gentle and good on a lead. Sometimes when you approach she just closes her eyes slightly & flutters her eye lashes like she’s worried but she soon opens up again 😍 Shes lovely. Let’s find her a home 🥰

Snoopy and Woodstock are two little bodegueros looking for a home. Snoopy only has 3 legs but doesn’t know it and Woodstock was lucky enough to avoid injuries whilst living on the streets ❤️ They’ve been here since puppies from 4mths old and are now a year old 🫤 Can you share? They can be homed together or separated. They just need a home! Plz share 🙏🏻❤️

Let’s start the day with this handsome hunk! Meet Rayo 😍 He’s just one year old, has an incredibly handsome snoot, and is super friendly. He can be a little shy at first, but that soon disappears, and before you know it, you’ve got a best friend. So, are you looking for a young black male ridiculously handsome & cute ? Rayo could be the one for you! 🖤🐾 Plz share 🙏🏻❤️

Three adorable little faces have just arrived from China! ❤️ Rescued from the meat trade by @CandyCaneRescue these three little ones are now looking for loving homes. Meet Marshmallow, a gorgeous grey brindle Whippet weighing just 15 kg; Ollie, a Whippet-mix weighing 13 kg; and Stan, weighing only 11 kg. They’re tiny compared to our Galgos, almost like miniature versions! It’s heartbreaking to think that dogs like these can suffer such cruelty and be sold for meat. Some people may ask, “Don’t we have enough dogs in Spain needing homes?” Absolutely, we do! But rescue is about teamwork. @CandyCaneRescue helps us enormously with dogs who struggle to find homes, like Merida, who recently went into UK foster care after her leg made finding a home so difficult. By helping each other, we give more dogs a chance. ❤️ Marshmallow, Ollie and Stan are now looking for their forever homes. Could you be the one? Plz share 🙏🏻❤️

Eden is another new arrival to Galgos del Sol ❤️ She’s a lovely sociable girl around 18mths old. The video speaks for itself. Let’s find her a home ❤️

Triana is a new arrival to GDS and around a year old. She’s not too shy, not too confident… just finding her paws at the moment. She does look a bit sad here but she soon comes around. Triana is off course looking for a home 🏠👀 Plz share 🙏🏻❤️
