10 minutes Garlic Butter Parmesan Pasta 🍝
Easy way to remove pomegranate seeds 👇
The hack : Cut the pomegranate in half, hold it cut-side down over a bowl, and firmly smack the skin with a wooden spoon.
Why it works : The seeds pop out cleanly into the bowl with almost no juice mess or tedious picking🤩
Banana loaf batter looks simple until it isn’t.
Overmix it and it turns dense. Undermix and it sinks. Get the balance right and you end up with soft, moist loaves every time.
This is the batter recipe that actually works👇🧵
Simple Method for All 3 Loaf Cake Batters :
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a standard loaf tin.
2. Cream the fat and sugar
Beat the softened butter (or oil for the chocolate version) with the sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
3. Add eggs
Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
4. Add liquids and flavourings
Mix in the milk/buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice/zest, mashed banana, or hot coffee (depending on the recipe).
5. Dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa (if using), and any spices.
6. Combine
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in 2–3 additions. Fold gently with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
(Stir in chocolate chips last if using.)
7. Bake
Pour batter into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
8. Cool
Leave in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
This same method works for the banana, lemon, and chocolate versions - just follow the specific ingredients for each.

The easiest way to make bakery-quality bread at home.
These no-knead recipes replace kneading with time. Artisan, focaccia, cheddar chive, and cranberry walnut - all straightforward and worth making👇
Here’s a simple routine that works for all four no-knead breads:
1. Mix (5 minutes)
Combine flour, yeast, salt, and any dry mix-ins (cheese, chives, cranberries, walnuts) in a large bowl. Add water (and oil, honey, or garlic where listed).
Stir until no dry flour remains. The dough will be shaggy and sticky ,that’s normal.
2. Rest (12–18 hours)
Cover the bowl and leave it at room temperature overnight (or up to 18 hours). The dough should roughly double and look bubbly.
3. Shape (2–3 minutes)
• Dutch oven / boule: Turn dough onto a floured surface, fold it a few times into a round, and place on parchment.
• Focaccia: Oil a pan, stretch the dough to fill it, dimple with fingers, add rosemary, garlic, and oil.
• Skillet: Place dough in a greased cast-iron skillet and press gently to shape.
4. Second rise (30–60 minutes)
Cover and let rest while the oven preheats. For the Dutch oven and boule, preheat the Dutch oven inside the oven at 450°F (230°C).
5. Bake
• Dutch oven / boule: Transfer dough (with parchment) into the hot Dutch oven. Bake covered 30 minutes, then uncovered 15–20 minutes until deep golden.
• Focaccia: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
• Skillet: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes until the top is browned.
6. Cool
Rest at least 20–30 minutes before slicing. The crumb finishes setting as it cools.
Most of the work is waiting. Active time is under 15 minutes.
The long overnight rest replaces kneading and develops the flavor and structure.

These 5 cinnamon roll recipes are surprisingly easy to make right in your kitchen 👇🧵
Basic Method (works for every version)
1. Make the dough
• Warm the milk (not hot).
• Mix warm milk + yeast + a pinch of the sugar. Let it sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
• Add the rest of the sugar, melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour.
• Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth.
• Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours until doubled.
2. Roll & fill
• Punch down the dough and roll it into a large rectangle (about 12×18 inches).
• Spread the melted butter (or filling mixture) evenly.
• Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar (and any extra fillings like pecans, apples, chocolate chips, or strawberries).
• Roll tightly from the long side into a log.
• Cut into 9–12 even rolls.
3. Second rise
• Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
• Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
4. Bake
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Bake for 22–28 minutes until golden brown on top.
• (Chocolate version may need 1–2 minutes less so the chips don’t burn.)
5. Glaze (optional but recommended)
• Mix powdered sugar + a little milk or cream cheese until pourable.
• Drizzle over the warm rolls.
That’s it. Same dough method for all five — just change the filling.
healthy pancake recipes that only need 3 ingredients each❗️
Yogurt, oat, pumpkin, banana, sweet potato, and chocolate banana versions.
Simple, fast, and easy to make at home without extra steps👇
Here’s a simple routine to make any of these 3-ingredient healthy pancakes :
1. Prep (1 minute)
Measure your 3 ingredients. Mash banana or sweet potato if needed. Crack eggs if the recipe uses them.
2. Mix (1–2 minutes)
Combine everything in a bowl. Stir until mostly smooth (small lumps are fine). Do not overmix.
3. Cook (2–3 minutes per side)
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly oil or use a bit of butter if you want. Pour small portions of batter. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set, then flip. Cook the other side until golden.
4. Serve
Stack and eat warm.
Optional: add a drizzle of honey, fresh fruit, or a little syrup.
Tips for better results :
• Medium heat works best - too high burns the outside before the inside cooks.
• First pancake is usually a test pancake.
• Batter should be thick but pourable.
Add a splash of milk or water only if it’s too stiff.
• These reheat well in a pan or toaster the next day.
Most batches take under 15 minutes from start to finish.
