We’ve just signed an MOU to revitalize sports in all public schools.
The implementation protocols in the MOU will allow for greater resource sharing between our departments to boost sports, debate, indigenous games, spelling bees,national youth camps, amongst others.
@GaytonMcK we did a thing today. 🙏🏾

On February 2023, a deadly earthquake hit Turkey, causing 50,783 deaths, 297 missing, and 107,204 injured.
It didn't take long before Israel sent the second largest humanitarian aid delegation which was made up of 450 active members, including 140 doctors and nurses, several experts from other medical fields, and 150 tons of humanitarian aid consisting of medical equipment, water purification kits, food, blankets etc.
On October 7, 2023, Israel experienced a bloody massacre, the deadliest day in Jewish history since the Holocaust.
To mark 100 days to this massacre and to raise awareness of the 136 hostages still held by Hamas, the Israeli football player of @Antalyaspor, Sagiv Jehezkel, wrote on his hand: "100 Days, 7.10". This was enough for his team to terminate the contract with him, and for Turkey's justice minister, @yilmaztunc, to announce that Antalya's chief prosecutor's office had opened a judicial investigation against Yehezkel for the crime of "public incitement of the public to hatred and hostility".

It’s interesting … I have friends here from all over the Middle East, in particular Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Israel. (I’m Jewish myself and have some ties to Israel. I’ve also spent significant time in both Israel and Lebanon, and for several years was heavily involved with helping Syrian refugees come to the west.)
I’ve observed that since Oct 7 the Syrians and Lebanese in my circle have reverted to the stereotypical script, throwing around (and misusing) words like genocide and apartheid, while ironically not reflecting at all on the recent history of their own countries (including their treatment of Palestinians), much less the actions of Hamas. It’s been painful to watch, and it’s ruptured some friendships.
The Persians, in contrast, mostly resemble the protestors in that Tehran football stadium after the regime hoisted the Palestinian flag, shortly after the Hamas attack. You know what they chanted.
Persian expats seem better able to understand and empathize with what the Israelis are up against. – at Vancouver, British Columbia

Meanwhile, paid protesters are storming the White House demanding a reprieve for those responsible. Every one arrested should be forced to watch the video recordings made by Hamas committing the atrocities and the piles of desecrated young women the IDF saw during the cleanup.
