I don't always run Epitalon.
But when I do, it's 5 mg.
For 20 days.
Three times a year.
Stay interesting, my friends.
Someone mentioned not using the pen because of the drip... didnt notice it until now. If not left with the tip on I assume that wouldn't happen.
Setting up automated tasks to free up time is kind of priceless. We've come a long way from my first computer when I was 5. 😆 🤣
Ya know how there are all these hype videos about @bot doing this or that and you ignore them because we are bored of the overhype? I was uploading items to Vinted and thought about quitting on it. I have 17 items to list.
The bot I created is now doing it for me. Real life. Took me 3 minutes to set it up.
Looking for cosmetic-grade GHK-Cu (for topical DIY gifts, not research vials). Prefer something better than typical Amazon quality. Anyone have a trusted supplier recommendation? Thanks.
Ever get to a point where you've spent so many tokens that you just decide to go with what you've built so far or scratch it completely?
I've done both. Both leave me a little empty.
At low, medium, and high doses, MOTS-c reduced protein leaking into the urine, one of the first signs of diabetic kidney damage. Higher doses protected more.
- Treated mice had less damage to the kidney tubules (the small filtering tubes), less fat built up in kidney tissue, and fewer inflammatory immune cells moving in.
- Signs of cell aging (p16, γH2AX, and SA-β-gal) went down.
The study is Wang et al. in Biochemical Pharmacology (doi.org/10.1016/j.bcp.2026.1…), published online Oct 23 by a team at Central South University in China. They tested MOTS-c in two types of diabetic mice and in human kidney cells grown in a dish.

Those with a pen... did you get the 6mm tips? After this MotsC pin I'm realizing I might need a longer tip... 🖊
Accidentally click on one post I didn’t want to see and the algorithm is cooked for the next two days. Every single time....
