19 governors still haven’t opted into President Trump’s Education Freedom Scholarship program, effectively BLOCKING kids in those states from getting scholarships.
Taxpayers in those states can get the tax credit by donating to scholarship funds in other states. Why would these governors want all the scholarships going to other states???
