This ran full-page in today's edition of the New York Post. Putin is many things, but today, in the wake of multiple Russian attacks that killed more than a dozen people, and every day, we can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, he is not a humanitarian.

Today’s edition of @nypost. As America watches the evacuation operation in Oleshky unfold, the public should remember who is responsible for the countless innocent lives lost in Ukraine. Their blood is on Putin’s hands. To end this war, the U.S. must pressure Russia, not Ukraine. Razom is grateful to @AmericaforUA and @novaukraine for their partnership on this ad.

Russian forces struck a train station in Dnipro today, killing at least 13 people, and injuring 10 more. When the United States makes business deals with Russia our tax dollars fund these atrocities directly.

If you don't want your tax dollars funding the killing of innocent civilians, you need to demand that your member of Congress do something about this. We all need to speak up so more Americans understand what our country is doing.

Independent monitors from organizations like the ICRC and UNHCR must have access to verify what happens. Journalists are valuable, but they are not a substitute for humanitarian monitors.

People living under threat have little choice about what they say on camera. Russia may also present the evacuation as proof that Ukrainians willingly choose to move to Russia, and blame Ukraine for the suffering it caused.

Unfortunately, evacuees will reportedly be taken first to occupied Crimea or Russia. That raises urgent concerns about consent, filtration, detention, and, especially, the safety of the children of Oleshky.

Nearly 2,000 civilians, including about 50 children, are trapped in Oleshky, Ukraine, with almost no food, no clean water, electricity, or heat. A localized ceasefire began October 27, with evacuations expected to start tomorrow, October 29.

I’m sending a sledgehammer message to shipping companies whose tankers are transporting illegal Russian diesel to our ports. Reverse course while there’s still time.
