Graham Platner isn’t just our best and only chance to beat Susan Collins, he’s a good, decent man who’s struggled and grown and is always trying to do better.
I hope everyone with reservations takes a little time to get to know the real life version of him, not what the algorithm throws in our faces. Clearly, that’s what so many people in Maine have done - from all different walks of life and political persuasions.

We are seeing an alarming rise in antisemitism across the country, and the incident that occurred on Tuesday night is a stark reminder of that. For an individual to belligerently confront me because they believed I was Jewish is shocking and unacceptable. Worse than that, however, was the antisemitic diatribe that followed — blaming Jews for a myriad of issues.

On Friday evening, my father-in-law Pastor Ezra Jin was arrested by Chinese government officials, along with more than 20 other pastors and church workers across 7 cities in the most extensive attack on a Chinese church in 4 decades.
