it has been a busy few months...
Watching Big Mood and the character just said "I need to go to the the... choo chooo... Thomas the tank engine." because she forgot the words "train station" and I genuinly yelled at the TV because I have never seen that symptom demonstrated before in the media
I have now been without ADHD meds for almost 4 weeks (because the shortage is still a thing) and my fucking god i am not functioning...

got discharged by CMHT in January due to a combination of demanding discharge during hypomania towards the end of last year and then missing several appointments... so... ye...
in lighter news; I've gone back into paid work 😮
11 years ago, back when I was a teacher, the computer system went down in the middle of my class so I attempted to teach "old school" 😅

A lot has happened since our last #AccessDeniedND update. We have had a meeting with the ICB, there have been engagment events, another legal letter and a meeting with Patient Choice. All of this can be read about in our more recent blog (linked below)
