there needs to be a city you can move to if you're not a real person. if you're kind of a shade or ghost.

Got informed by distrokid that it's been 5 years since I put out Digital Soul. I have a lot of feelings on it that I'll probably turn this into a thread over.

Overall, even if it wasn't the most popular release I'm very happy with what Digital Soul allowed me to do as an artist and musician. Hopefully I can get my first actual LP done in a timely manner so I can wrap everything up narratively with a nice little bow.

i gotta be honest guys the current wave of emo that’s happening right now is absolutely awful. every band is just quirk chungus millennial lyrics that make your skin crawl an occasional tappy tap and enough compression on the track to power a trash compactor

Replying to @quartzmorrigan
if you’re proud to willingly talk about your band outside of the context of a show you’re playing, you aren’t in an emo band. that’s my final take.
