ISTANBUL — As reported by UOJ-Ukraine (@unionoftheoj), Patr. Bartholomew has said that the ultimate goal of dialogue between the Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church is to restore sacramental communion, including the joint celebration of the Divine Liturgy and reception of the Eucharist from one Chalice. He made the remarks in a documentary produced by Greek television broadcaster ERT to mark the 35th anniversary of his patriarchate.
