Is it just me, or is this time of the year the busiest for @bubble devs?
It's 3 straight years where I'm bombarded with work around November-January.
It feels so bad to see a founder getting wrecked by another agency
But nothing feels better than fixing their apps and see them smile
I had nothing scheduled this weekend, and made a ton of progress on my app.
How did you guys spend your weekend?
Tips for founders:
At the end of the day, write a list of things you need to work on tomorrow.
It's a great way to wind down, and you'll be able to work efficiently as soon as you start working the next day.
I reached $10k MRR with my @bubble agency in just 10 weeks.
1. Learned Bubble by watching @mneary0's YouTube course for 4 days.
2. Built apps for co-workers and mock apps for 1 month.
3. Studied cold email by watching YouTube videos for 2 weeks.
After 4 weeks, I had 3 clients and making $10k/mo.
That's literally it. All you need to do is start and not give up.
Stop making excuses and win.
The more I vibe code, the less I believe that "anyone can build an app and make money with vibe code."
Most people will build much better apps with @bubble.
If you don't know how to code at all, you won't vibe code a product people will actually use.
And if you do know how to code, building @bubble apps with custom code is MUCH more powerful.
Most clients won't even care what you use. All they care about is receiving a good-looking app that works well.
Keep practicing @bubble if you want to get clients.
I built an automated Q/A testing tool for @bubble apps.
It saves me tons of time and money.

I've been helping my students build their agency's landing pages LIVE 1:1.
Most agency websites, even the biggest ones, don't utilize sales psychology well.
Which means there are tons of opportunities for anyone to get clients over them.
I will be sharing an in-depth analysis soon!
If you're not seeing the results you want, I bet you're not following this routine.
This is equivalent to taking performance-enhancing drugs in sports.
If I had to pick 1 thing that allowed me to make over $175k in my first year of running an agency, it's this.
If you're serious about building, then I would urge you to start this today.
You'll thank me later.
Things EVERY FOUNDER should be doing every day:
• Phone on DND and put it where you can't see it
• A short cardio/weightlifting workout
• Eat simple and clean meals
• 15-minute walk in the morning
• Wear blue light glasses 1 hour before sleep
• No social media, video games, or porn
If you're not doing these, I doubt that you're serious about building your business.
Anyone who's done these will attest that it will change your life.

I'm starting my agency from 0 again.
Even though my SaaS products are generating over $10k MRR, I'm going back to running @bubble agency.
And I will be sharing every single step here on X.
I will also help my students build their own agency from scratch together.
(My 2 previous students both reached $10k MRR with their own agency.)
Very excited to start fresh. Hope my posts will help everyone here looking to start their own agency!
Who's still building with @bubble?
Seems like everyone switched to vibe coding
I’m working from the Jeju Island in Korea this week, while getting more than 50% of hotel fees reimbursed with their digital nomad program.
Thank you @bubble for allowing me travel and work anywhere.
If I were to create a 10-hour course that reveals all my secrets, what would you like to learn the most?
I grew my @bubble agency to $20k/mo under 5 months.
I launched SaaS and other tools, most recently reached $4k/mo in 1 month.
I also got Fortune 500 clients like @salesforce.
