interesting to note that on a per capita basis, Waikato's 17 Covid cases today is about half that of Akl. And Waik's rate seems to be going up, while Akl's seems to be plateauing. Yet Akl gets stuck in L3 limbo yet Waikato is now back in L2. go figure ...
