Post-OSDA thoughts: 1) it has been awesome to get to personally know people as @ico_TC @oe1cxw @OlofKindgren @AndyBorga @fpga_dave @GuillemCabo , Espen Tallaksen and Eddie Hung. 2) I didn't know it was possibly to enjoy so much a technical workshop. Everything was interesting!

It is still a widely confused and misplaced piece in the hardware/#gateware/firmware/software stack. I hope it will get into the dictionary soon. #FPGA life...8)

#FPGA code, #HDL or #HLS, should be referred to as "#gateware". It would make nomenclature and conventions more precise, and disambiguate the much confused and abused term "#firmware".

Reducing your workload is where you add most value. Not doing things. Making a Minimum Viable Chang (MVC) instead of a larger one. Not traveling. Delegating. Helping people with on-boarding so they can help you sooner.
