Maci 💋 My POV ❤️ Thursday, November 5, 2026 Manhattan, New York At 6:30 this morning, Ana @AnaDivincienzo sat straight up in my bed and screamed. “WHAT TIME IS IT?!” Jenny @jennyDmond nearly jumped out of her skin. Mia @thonlymiamonroe pulled the covers over her head. “Six-thirty,” I mumbled. “I HAVE A PHOTO SHOOT!” “What time?” “TEN!” “Ana, sweetheart. That's three and a half hours from now.” “Where are my clothes?” I looked at Jenny. Jenny looked at me. Mia started laughing under the covers. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how four perfectly respectable young women began their Thursday morning in Manhattan. We'd all slept in my oversized king bed. What were four girls doing in bed together? Sleeping, eventually. 😉 But I'm getting ahead of myself. ❤️ Yesterday morning, Jenny and I headed into Manhattan for work. We have a company office here, and Jenny was fascinated by the idea. “Wait. Edgar has an office in Manhattan just for when he comes to town?” “Not just Edgar. Our people use it when they're working on deals in the area.” “Isn't that expensive?” “Yes and no.” She gave me that look. I laughed. “It's connected to our home-office systems and servers. When we're buying or selling a business around here, our team has everything they need. Edgar's closed some of the company's biggest deals in these rooms.” Jenny looked around again. “So this is where the really serious stuff happens?” “Sometimes. Other times it's just people arguing over spreadsheets.” We had a productive morning. Jenny asks thoughtful questions, and I love that she doesn't pretend to understand something when she doesn't. Then, just before lunch, she asked a much more interesting question. “What are we doing tonight?” “Going back to Greenwich?” She looked disappointed. “Or,” I said, “we could do some Christmas shopping.” That got her attention. Within 15 minutes, we'd gone from shopping to dinner, and from dinner to spending the night at my family's penthouse overlooking Central Park. Jenny called Mia. I called Daddy. And our perfectly ordinary Wednesday began going in a different direction. ❤️ Mia had spent the day exploring Manhattan with Duke. For anyone who hasn't met Duke, he's my bodyguard. 6' 5", built like a tank, and looks capable of eating an elephant for breakfast. He's also remarkably patient. Which is fortunate, because Mia had decided he was her personal shopping assistant. When we met them, Duke was carrying enough bags to open a small department store. “Maci! Guess what happened!” A woman in one of the stores had mistaken him for a professional athlete and asked for a picture. Mia had enthusiastically encouraged it. Mia also informed us that he'd frightened a rude customer service person simply by turning around. “I didn't do anything,” he protested. “Exactly!” Mia said. I love that girl. ❤️ Christmas shopping was wonderful. Jenny takes her time choosing things. Mia falls in love with something, discovers it comes in another color, and immediately has a new problem. We bought gifts, tried on clothes, and laughed far too loudly in one fitting room. I found something for Edgar. No details. He reads this. By late afternoon, we were at the penthouse. Mia went straight to the windows. “Oh, Maci.” Jenny joined her, looking out over Central Park. I stood behind them for a moment. I've been coming here since I was little. Daddy working, Mama getting ready for dinner, me curled up with a book. To me, it's always been another home. Watching the girls discover it made me smile. Then Mia turned around. “Okay. Which bedroom has the biggest bathtub?” Naturally. ❤️ Daddy belongs to a private dining club nearby, so we dressed up and went out for dinner. Ana @AnaDivincienzo joined us too. I loved seeing the girls enjoy themselves. Jenny looked beautiful, and Mia spent half the evening trying to convince us that one of the waiters was flirting with her. He was. We talked about Christmas, our families, work, and the things we're hoping to do next year. At one point, Jenny asked whether I'd always imagined my life turning out this way. I thought about that. “No. Not even close.” “Does that bother you?” “Sometimes. But there are people in my life now I wouldn't trade for the plans I used to have.” She smiled at me. I think she understood. ❤️ Back at the penthouse, we changed into comfortable clothes, and put on music. We started in the living room and eventually migrated to my bedroom. There were questions. Confessions. Some absolutely terrible advice, mostly from Mia. And one question about Edgar that I'm still not answering publicly. Nice try, girls. 💋 But there was something I loved about last night. Non of the girls felt they needed to impress anyone. We could be silly, affectionate, curious, and occasionally a little wicked without worrying about how we sounded. I think women need that. Friends who can laugh at you without making you feel foolish. Friends who will tell you when you're being ridiculous. Friends who can ask an embarrassing question and trust that the answer won't become tomorrow's gossip. We talked until well past midnight. 💋 💋 💋 Which brings us back to Ana's 6:30 a.m. emergency. She's now getting ready for her photo shoot. She's taking this modeling opportunity seriously, and I'm proud of her. Even if she nearly gave three women heart attacks before sunrise. Jenny's drinking coffee beside me. Mia wants breakfast. And I have a feeling Duke is downstairs praying for a quieter assignment today. Before we fell asleep last night, Jenny reached over and squeezed my hand. “I'm glad we stayed.” “Me too.” It was a wonderful evening. Nothing we needed to plan weeks in advance. Just a decision to spend a little more time together. I really loved seeing Ana again. I think we should do that more often. Now, I need coffee, a shower, and an apology from Ana. Although knowing her, she'll tell us the screaming was good practice for getting up early. - Maci 💋❤️ Video by me and #Grok. Thank God for iMovie! Maci 💋 My POV September 12, 2026 Aspen, Colorado We got home a little after 2:00 this morning. And Edgar wasn't here. That surprised me. His phone is apparently dead because I can't see his location. Yes. I track the Collins family. Don't judge me. Jenny does it too, and I'm pretty sure Spencer knows where Edgar is approximately every second of every day. Those two share everything. My guess? He may have gone to Salt Lake City to see Spencer. If he did, I'm not ruining the surprise by asking questions. And if he didn't, I'll eventually find out where our wandering CEO disappeared to. Now... The party. 😂 There were about eight girls and five guys, mostly 20–22. Which made me one of the old girls. I'm 24. I don't appreciate this development. There was drinking, but nothing crazy. Honestly, the girls required absolutely no chemical assistance to behave badly. Ducky wore her duck dress. And I'm going to say something I never expected to write: Ava looked hot. It was this tiny, feminine, almost babydoll-style dress that somehow still looked completely like her. Probably the most daring thing I've ever seen her wear. The dress was a hit. So was Ava. She just didn't realize why. Kristin went completely different—very chic, very fashion-girl, almost the kind of outfit women appreciate more than men. Except apparently nobody explained that to the men. They noticed. I wore a halter top and shorts. Cute. Simple. Enough. Eventually everyone ended up swimming and soaking in the hot tub. And I have to give those boys credit. Their ability to maintain eye contact and form complete sentences while surrounded by eight wet women was occasionally impressive. Occasionally. One of the 22-year-olds decided he had a chance with me. I let him flirt. It was fun. I understand Spencer a little better now. There's something enjoyable about being flirted with when nobody is pretending it has to become anything. Unfortunately, attraction only carries a man so far with me. Make me think. Make me laugh. Preferably make me laugh because you're clever enough to see something everyone else missed. He wasn't stupid. He just wasn't quite handsome enough to compensate for the intellectual gap. 😂 I'm terrible. But at least I'm self-aware. Ava was much more entertaining. Two different guys were trying so hard to get her alone. "Have you seen Brenda's game room?" Ava: "Yes! It's really nice." That wasn't what he meant. Later another one tried: "Want to get out of here for a while?" Ava looked genuinely confused. "No, I'm still talking to Abbie." I had to turn away. I honestly couldn't tell whether she had absolutely no idea what they were doing or knew exactly what they were doing and simply wasn't interested. With Ava, either answer is possible. At one point Kristin leaned over and whispered, "She's destroying them." Without even trying. That's our Ducky. 🦆 We finally got home after 2:00. I was convinced I would sleep until noon. Apparently nobody informed my brain. My eyes opened this morning and that was it. Wide awake. I was wrapped around a pillow like it was another human being, which suggests either I had some very interesting dreams or my subconscious is getting tired of sleeping alone. I'm choosing dreams. I wandered downstairs looking like something that had survived a small natural disaster and made an espresso. Then I took it outside. Aspen just before sunrise is different. No noise yet. Cold mountain air. That first light coming over the peaks. Steam coming off my cup. For about ten minutes I didn't do anything. I didn't check messages. Didn't wonder where Edgar was. Didn't think about school, medicine, the kids, Ava's next attack or what we're doing tonight. I just sat there. That may have been my favorite part of the morning. Then I decided espresso wasn't enough. Cold plunge. Terrible decision. Excellent decision. I got in, immediately questioned every choice that had led me there, stayed anyway, then climbed straight into the hot tub. Cold. Hot. Cold again. Hot again. By the second round I was finally becoming a functioning human. Espresso number two finished the job. Okay. Now I'm awake. Weights today. Ava says she's meeting me in the gym. Which means one of two things: She genuinely wants to work out with me... or there is a rubber duck somewhere in that gym waiting to ruin my morning. I've learned not to underestimate Ducky. Especially when she's smiling. - Maci 💋 #MyPOV Video by #Grok and me. I asked for lady like legs. Grok gave us frog legs. We’re cute, I promise. Maci 💋 My POV July 30, 2026 Jackson, Wyoming | Hayes Ranch The morning after, I almost feel sorry for Brock. Almost. He really is giving life everything he’s got. It’s just that somewhere between the design phase and final assembly, a few essential pieces never quite made it under the hood. Ana left about 30 minutes before he arrived. She wanted to be with Sierra the moment Brock’s Mustang disappeared down the ranch drive. My security team had already walked every location we might visit. Entrances. Exits. Parking lots. Blind corners. Places where a conversation could become something else. Spencer had warned me that Brock was possessive, but she had never known him to become violent with her. His background check showed several fights with other men, each one involving alcohol. So I was not frightened. I was prepared. With what Ana told me, I knew Brock could not be allowed to explain this away as one meaningless kiss or a confused moment with a stranger. He needed to believe Bella (me) wanted him. Sierra needed to see that he was not being pulled into anything. He was choosing it eagerly, repeatedly, and in public. So I played the part. If I was going to sell the story, I had to kiss him like I had been waiting for it all day. Stay just a little too close. Let my hand linger on his arm. Laugh a beat longer at his "profound humor". Make him think every sentence he spoke was fascinating. Basically, Netflix After Dark, starring a woman with a very specific mission. My private mantra never changed: Expose him. Help Sierra. Make our Queen proud. Not exactly the sort of affirmation you’d find in a mindfulness app, but it got the job done. When Brock arrived, he was almost sweet. He told me he had been looking forward to seeing me all day. He looked genuinely proud of the Mustang, and even more pleased with the fact that I was sitting inside it wearing Spencer's dress. Then he took me to the auto shop where he works. He showed me the lifts, the tool chests, the equipment, and several things I apparently could not possibly understand without a man explaining them slowly. He was proud of his ability, and he should be. He is talented with machines. He also assumed I was an idiot. I smiled and nodded. There is a freedom in being underestimated. People stop editing themselves around you. At the restaurant, he did not pull out my chair. Edgar would have. I noticed that immediately, which is probably unfair. Edgar has ruined normal male behavior for several women and remains completely unaware of the damage. We sat down, and Brock resumed the long story he had begun during our first dinner. The story of Brock. His work. His cars. His body. His plans. His conspiracy theories. His certainty that the evening was moving toward the conclusion he had already written and I had alluded to. I gave him enough encouragement to become bolder. At one point, after a kiss, I heard Sierra gasp from somewhere behind me. It was small, but sharp enough that I thought she might walk across the restaurant and end the operation. Ana kept her seated. Barely. Then we went to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. A first thing for me. I learned immediately that women do not generally wear dresses like mine there. Everyone else looked ready to dance in their cowboy hats. I looked like the decorative cherry placed on top of cream pie. Brock did not notice anyone at the bar watching. He had become completely focused on what he believed the night promised him. The band was loud. The room was crowded. Phones were already everywhere. It was exactly public enough. I checked that Ana and Sierra were in position. Then I gave the final performance everything it needed. I let Brock pull me close. Let him think the attention was affecting me. Let him believe he had succeeded. That part required surprisingly little effort from me. He was very willing to come on to me, again and again. Then Sierra charged onto the scene. She called him a cheater in front of the bar. The band stopped play. People turned. Several phones came out immediately. My security team was close, but Brock never became threatening. He looked caught, confused, and almost offended that reality had interrupted the evening he had planned. His entire defense seemed to begin with: “Hey, I didn’t…. It didn't mean...” He never found the rest. I have to give Brock one thing. He remained remarkably calm for a man watching three different versions of his life meet each other under stage lighting. Sierra was magnificent. Angry, yes. Hurt, absolutely. But not fragile. She confronted him directly, said what she needed to say, and did not let him rearrange the truth while she stood there. I stepped back and gave my finest expression of innocent shock. Oscar, please return my call. Ana stood behind us smiling like a woman whose art project had finally become interactive. The three of us left together. Brock remained in the bar, surrounded by strangers holding phones, looking as though someone had changed the rules after he had already declared himself the winner. We stayed awake talking with Sierra for hours. Not telling her she should have known. Not asking how she missed it. Explaining that men like Brock are often easiest to understand after you stop listening to what they promise and begin watching what they repeatedly choose. Today, one of my bodyguards will accompany her while she collects her belongings. Sierra also has a plan to make sure other girls at school know what happened. She does not want anyone else mistaking Brock’s attention for something safer than it is. At one point she looked at me and said, “I watched you kiss him. I thought you were into him.” I laughed. “No. That was acting.” She stared at me for a moment. “You were really convincing.” I decided not to explain that this was not the compliment my week needed. There is something I wish every girl could learn before experience teaches it painfully: Attention is not devotion. Desire is not respect. And being intensely wanted does not mean you are being truly seen. Some men will make you feel chosen when what they have actually chosen is access. The difference becomes obvious when you say no, ask for patience, need tenderness, or require them to care about the person attached to the body they want. Watch what happens then. That is usually where the truth lives. --- It was forty-seven degrees this morning. I bundled up and ran anyway. I needed the cold air. The silence. The steady rhythm of my feet while my mind replayed the night and slowly put everything back into its proper place. Today, Jenny is free to meet. I am curious how much of last night has already traveled through Jackson. Small towns have many gifts. Privacy is not one of them. - Maci 💋 Video by #Grok and me. I did my best to recreate the scene accurately. I didn’t include all of Brock’s advances or every hand placement. I’ll give him this though… Brock is a pretty good kisser. Nobody writes drama better than real people on X. Every day is a new episode.
Maci 💋 My POV July 28, 2026 Jackson, Wyoming | Hayes Ranch Yesterday is not a day I ever imagined living. Ana helped me choose a dress from Spencer’s closet with the concentration of someone preparing me for an undercover operation. By the time I stepped into the Rolls wearing gold silk, I felt less like myself and more like Jane Bond, FBI-adjacent, representing women who have spent too long wondering whether the truth was really as simple as it looked. We had met Sierra briefly on Saturday when we went to speak with Brock. It was little more than a hello. She was standing inside the life we had come to examine. Last night was about finding out what Brock would do when Sierra was nowhere in the room to remind him who he was supposed to be. Ana arrived first at the Four Seasons. She chose a table far enough away that Brock would never notice her, but close enough to see us clearly between the other diners. From his seat, she was simply another dark-haired woman occupied with her phone. The plan was simple. Let him better meet Bella (undercover name). Let him believe she was impressed. Then give him enough room to become himself. We were at the restaurant for nearly two hours. Brock talked for most of them. His work. His cars. His training. His friends. His plans. The things he owns, the things he wants, and the many things other men apparently do incorrectly. Every question I asked became another path back to him. To be fair, I was supposed to be getting inside his head. He left the door open. At some point, I stopped wondering what he had learned about Bella and started quietly counting what he had never asked. Where I came from. What I did. Whether I had siblings. What mattered to me. What made me laugh when I was not laughing for him. He knew my name. Or at least the one I had given him. Apparently that was enough information to begin imagining the rest. I moved from the chair across from him to the one beside him. Close enough to whisper. Close enough to touch his hand. Close enough for him to believe the change in distance meant something he had earned. Then dinner happened. So did the kiss. And, that was the part that bothered me. Not because he kissed me. Because of how easy it was. There was no hesitation that meant anything. No sudden memory of the woman waiting for him somewhere else. No guilt crossing his face before he leaned in. Nothing suggesting he understood that someone had trusted him with her life. He wanted me, so for that moment, Sierra simply stopped existing. I glanced past his shoulder. Ana’s phone was still raised, but her expression had changed. She looked quieter than I expected. We had our proof. Clear, undeniable, almost embarrassingly simple. Brock looked at me afterward as though he had won something. I looked at him and understood that he had no idea what he had already spent. I expected to feel triumphant. Maybe amused. Instead, I thought about Sierra. I had only spoken to her for a moment on Saturday, but I could already understand more than I wanted to. Men like Brock do not arrive wearing warning labels. At first, certainty can look like strength. Intensity can feel like depth. A young woman can be made to feel chosen before she realizes she has mostly been selected as an audience. That is not stupidity. Sometimes it is simply what love looks like before experience teaches you where to look. The kiss was not stolen from Sierra by me. He gave it away. But Sierra needs more than a recording of one kiss. She needs to see enough that he cannot reduce the evening to a misunderstanding, a weak moment, or a story Bella supposedly invented. So I stayed in character. After the kiss, his hand settled onto my exposed leg with the confidence of a man who had mistaken momentum for permission. I looked like I enjoyed it. Oscar, please. Then the check arrived. We argued over it, and I won with one concession. “I’m leaving soon,” I told him. “You can pay next time.” His entire face changed. We now have a date Wednesday. He told me he loves the name Bella because it suits me. I let the compliment remain as meaningful as the research behind it. When we finally left the table, I excused myself to the ladies’ room. When I came out of the ladies’ room, Brock was waiting in the hallway. The expression on his face carried none of the uncertainty he should have been feeling. He stepped closer, backed me against the wall, and kissed me again. It was not romantic. It was urgency without rhythm. Confidence without attention. The sort of kiss given by a man who has never considered that desire and skill might be separate subjects. I pushed him back. “Down, boy.” He looked frustrated, excited, and strangely pleased to have been corrected. “We have time,” I said. “Just not tonight.” “Wednesday?” “If you play your cards right, it may be a night you remember for the rest of your life.” For one brief second, I wondered whether anticipation required medical supervision. I wasn’t sure he’d be able to move without exploding. The ride back to his place gave Brock another opportunity to tell me about himself. He used it thoroughly. There is something almost impressive about spending two hours with a woman, kissing her twice, arranging another date, and still displaying no meaningful curiosity about who she is. Maybe that is the answer. He does not become attached to women. He becomes attached to the version of himself reflected back through their attention. When we reached his place, caution finally returned. “Don’t get out of the car.” Interesting. The presence of his girlfriend had apparently restored his respect for boundaries, though only the geographical kind. I knew my lipstick was still fresh. Just before the Rolls came to a complete stop, I pulled him toward me and kissed him again. Then I let my lips brush his neck and shoulder. “Hey, not here,” he said. So there was a line. It began at his driveway. Then he told me that on Wednesday, in a lower voice, he could show me his tools... I made myself look disappointed that I would have to wait. He walked inside. Sierra was waiting. I know she saw the lipstick. We had met only briefly on Saturday, but this time she looked directly toward the car. Long enough to see me. Long enough to recognize that something had changed before he even reached the door. I did not enjoy that part. When I returned to the ranch, Ana wrapped me in the largest hug human anatomy permits. Then she immediately began reenacting the hallway. “Oh, baby,” she whispered dramatically, pinning herself against the wall. “Please explain your truck to me again. Slowly.” I laughed until my stomach hurt. She said the best move of the night was changing seats. Moving beside him instead of remaining across the table. Close enough to whisper. Close enough to let him mistake access for intimacy. Is it terrible to admit I loved doing this? Not Brock. Never Brock. The strategy. The observation. Watching someone reveal himself because he believed the woman beside him was too impressed to notice. And still, I understand how Sierra stayed. I understand how other girls stay. A man like Brock can make attention feel enormous when he chooses to give it. Then, slowly, the rest of life becomes arranged around him. His work matters. His friends matter. His hobbies matter. His moods matter. You matter too. Just rarely at the same time. And I understand after three years, leaving is not only leaving the man standing in front of you. It means grieving the beginning, the future you imagined, and the younger version of yourself who believed love could eventually teach someone how to love you properly. Age does not make us immune to that. It only makes some patterns easier to recognize before they become our entire life. Girls, you cannot change a man. A man has to become uncomfortable enough with himself to change himself. Women have spent centuries being asked to wait nearby while that miracle considers happening. --- Tomorrow, while Brock is at work, Ana is planning to meet Sierra for coffee. Not to tell her what she should have known. Not to embarrass her. Not to tell her about our plan, but simply to get her to agree to meet on Wednesday at the exact time as our date. Then Wednesday can become whatever she needs it to become. --- You can probably guess this morning’s workout was intense. - Maci 💋 Video by #Grok and me. BREAKING: China's crude oil imports are estimated to rise +26% MoM in July, or ~1.6 million barrels per day, to ~7.8 million barrels per day. This follows June's decline to ~6.2 million barrels per day, the lowest since November 2015. However, imports would still remain ~4.8 million barrels per day, or 38%, below late-2025 peak levels. Furthermore, oil shipments from Saudi Arabia to China have more than doubled this month, while flows from the UAE have surged by more than +900%, according to Kpler. The recovery comes as oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz accelerated when the MoU was signed, but has since slowed again. China's oil supply is seeing extreme volatility.
