In this case, I’d guess you’d have to be near retarded to say what White Rage said. So with an iq of 85 at the highest, there is only a ~15% chance that this person is white.
The higher probability is that this person is black or some sort of non because the average iq would be 85 (I’m being very generous), which is at least half the population of blacks.
