seven London councils have now said they will refuse co-operate with Home Office immigration enforcement raids with in the local community's The councils that have refuse so far are Newham following Lewisham, Lambeth, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Southwark and Haringey. What does that mean? councils refused not actively assist home office operations through the use of council staff, buildings or equipment.
