Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Merrill Gray commented, “The September 2026 Quarter focused on deeper customer engagement and progressing sales conversion across both business units, supported by our Sales and Marketing resources and systems. The execution of the Xerabrid SCSA, our agreement with Airspeeder, expanded US engagement by the Life Sciences team and new product offerings have provided additional routes to market”. “Customer interest across both businesses continues to grow, with more samples under evaluation and commercial sales discussions underway. We’ve appointed Mr Luke Oxenham as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 23 November 2026. Luke brings more than 30 years of experience in senior finance and corporate roles across infrastructure, energy transition, technology, financial services and other sectors.
