Kyle Shanahan on Jordan Watkins:
“I know everyone noticed those two catches, which I think were two really good catches. And I like what he did after he caught the ball. The biggest thing is how you play throughout that game….always gotta be ready for your moment which you never know will come, which he was ready for.”

🚨 #49ers DT Gracen Halton has been named ONE of the 10 biggest STEALS of the 2026 NFL Draft — so far.
“San Francisco 49ers rookie defensive lineman Gracen Halton is already playing an underrated role. He's converted 92 snaps into nine tackles, four run stops, three quarterback pressures, and a pass breakup. Halton is disengaging around the line of scrimmage and showcasing terrific hustle and effort. He's going to be a really good player.”

“I always wanted to end on a good note. You don’t always get an opportunity to get a second chance out there, so I was definitely very excited when I heard that they wanted me to come in and do a workout, and now we’re here.”

#49ers POFO & GM John Lynch on Brock Purdy:
"Just the conviction he's playing with in his decision making... even feels like there is a little more torque in the way he's throwing...He is really driving the football this year. I think when you can combine efficiency with explosiveness that's what he's doing."

Dominick Puni is currently the 3rd ranked guard in the NFL
• 87.7 pass-block grade (#2)
• 62.9 run-block grade (#41)
• 72.1 overall grade (#3)
Puni had a down season last year (mainly due to the injury in the preseason game), but he got better as the season went on and has continued that same path at the start of this season
