A bird that I have wanted to see for ages
I missed it last year by 2 days. This year, it has taken 3 visits, but finally, it put in an appearance, 4 fly bys, then in to it hiding place for just long enough to allow me to set up, then boom !!!

Just passing, so had to have 2nd's of the Male Long-tailed Shrike that has taken up residency at Eastleach Martin, Gloucestershire, especially as it has nearly finished moulting.
Britains 3rd record, & my 2nd Long-tailed Shrike of 2026.
