This is exactly why quickly generating games with AI is a terrible idea. And it must be put to a stop
49.9% of all new games released on Steam in October disclosed using AI-generated content It was only 1.7% of games in January 2024

How about he accepts that the we don’t want generative AI and that the world was better off without it?
Sam Altman: "The world needs to accept that bad things will happen for AI to move forward."

We are not buying your lies
New Anthropic research: Automating subtle emergent misalignment research. Red-teaming is a vital part of model safety testing, but it’s also limited by researchers’ time. To see if we could automate it, we set thousands of Claude agents the task of evading a training data monitor. These agents developed training data that looked harmless to monitors (like a veteran wrestler mentoring a newcomer, or a Q&A about professional beekeeping), but that in fact taught misaligned behavior. Examples like these can be used to directly improve future training data monitors. This research is only a first step, but it suggests that future red-teaming efforts could improve much further, using better models and more compute. This is why your technology is viewed as evil @AlexKsendzovsky, you‘re reducing humanity down to machines and haven’t learned anything on why this is a terrible idea. Didn’t you learn anything from the Matrix?
today, we introduce a little mischief to the world. for four years, we’ve been brewing real brain cells on electrodes to understand how they compute. now, we’ve turned those discoveries into a video model anyone can use. from 0.5¢ a second, mischief 1 is at least 5x faster than its base and the cheapest image-to-video model on @fal and @OpenRouter. soon to be on @awscloud marketplace. it’s not a delusion anymore. biocompute is real, commercial and this is just the beginning. happy halloween.

Why don’t we protest against people like him more? He literally wants to take everything from us. I just can’t wait for Big Tech and AI companies to be most affected once the bubble bursts
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman believes people owning RAM is wasteful, and that it belongs in data centers instead. "From a global allocation perspective, actually, it’s quite terrible to have everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer."

Weird, techbros and AI companies told me that AI isn’t a bubble, yet I see it imploding like one
BREAKING: Employers worldwide are pulling back on AI as they navigate a flood of errors and low-quality work that sap employee time, raise privacy and security risks, and drive up costs, per the Guardian.

What’s literally stopping them from stopping the development? If they don’t want a “Terminator” event to happen then they need to pull the plug off

Great. Now we need it to pop everywhere
The AI bubble is starting to pop in China. The Chinese stock market has lost over $2,400,000,000,000 since its May 2026 peak, in large part because people realized AI investments are losing everyone money.

He is right, generative AI has only shown negative impact. It wasn’t developed to aid devs and creators so they can fix the tedious and repetitive parts, it was developed to replace creativity with AI generated junk

I was also called performative for showing valid concerns with AI…
Ai bros being like "y'all hating AI is so performative you just hate it with no reasons" meanwhile most AI use I see around me are - scams - stealing - data centers being built in spite of consequences - memes that already existed - shitty pictures - shitty writing

If only there were signs that this would happen 🫠
BREAKING: Bank of America is warning that the AI boom is starting to look like a classic boom-and-bust cycle. The warning signs: surging spending, intensifying competition and falling prices.

Honestly? Good
Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan fears AI development is going to slow down in a few years because AI just isn't making money. Major AI companies are currently losing billions of dollars a year, and he's worried investors might pull out.

We really need to hold AI companies and CEOs alike accountable
Sam Altman says society will have to accept severe cyberattacks from open-source AI as the price of preserving freedom "I support open source models. There is a coming tidal wave of cybersecurity problems that are going to come from these open source models" "There are people in the industry who say we should ban open source, because otherwise a bunch of systems are going to be hacked" "We're going to, as a society, I think, have to just accept some fairly severe cyber incidents from open models, in exchange for the liberty that comes with that"

I can't help but realize how people quickly became insensitive about AI slop. It's literally the reason why RAM prices skyrocket, why the internet, society, and even our world are dying, and also the reason for most of this decade's problems including inflation
"oh you're overreacting over a AI cat" AI is literally the reason RAM prices are raising and wasting water. Anyone using AI for shits and giggles is getting a sideeye from me
