We are a far better than last season and I mean miles better. We go one down last season and we absolutely shit ourselves and it was game over. Different story this season; we go until the end. Plenty of things to work on, but loads of positives as well. Iraola is the man.

Needs to be a collective uprising against how you can just fall while shielding the ball and it’s an automatic free kick, ruins every single game

See stuff like this, this is why watching the games, getting a feel for the city is important. You can see the improvement, it's night and day. Does it need to improve....100 percent. Will it....I believe so. Mad stats, mad accounts, mad people all over reacting. Up the refs

Liverpool immediately worse when Trey Nyoni went off. Some showing from him. So composed and such good use of the ball. Szoboszlai comes on and he’s slow, sluggish and a hindrance. Iraola has a problem on his hands if he’s used in the middle.

Also true, but understandable sub without hindsight for me. It's a learn for iraola as much as the players isn't it. Hopefully they take the lesson and we keep getting better like we have done the last few weeks. Trey is outstanding at a role that usually suits older players
Should have kept him on the pitch.

Not getting into a big debate but if you watched Liverpool yesterday and you're flapping or leathering them, I don't know what to tell you. They played well, can also play better. As horrible as arsenal are, they're quality at what they do. The improvement already is obvious

Yep but nobody likes to hear that
We’ve lost control of the game since Szobo came on, no surprise at all that. Nyoni was excellent and everything was being built from him through the middle.

To be fair this was brilliant, I hated it but it was brilliant
Ødegaard doesn’t just understand how to play football, he understands how to manage a game. That decision to put the ball out to stop their transition and allow us back in shape was so clever. Small details, massive impact. MY CAPTAIN 👏

Remember Trent thought he was going to Madrid to increase his brand TAA12 and a Balon d'Or run in his Prada dungarees while learning Spanish for 3 years running his contract down at his hometown club so he could leave on free now he's 28, finished and not playing? Great that 🐁🐀

Trent had been learning Spanish behind the scenes for well over a year. He and his team were almost certainly in contact with Madrid while Klopp was still at the club. He wanted to run his contract down, leave on a free and pocket that £15–20 million signing-on fee. 🐀
I fucking hate Trent Alexander-Arnold. I hate everything about him and what he, along with the entire team around him, represents. It’s everything I despise about modern football.

Some replies on here just don’t get the city. That special something that you cannot describe as it’s felt, lived and breathed. It’s an attitude, a desire and path that gets travelled but always comes back to home. It’s a magic ingredient.

Havent heard the gutter yet but can't agree with this anymore. Crying out for a togetherness which to be fair we seem to be getting back this season, big Ron being a massive part of it and people wanna even consider bringing him back. Mad, absolutely fucking madness.
Watching The Gutter from the Anfield Wrap and I just can't understand why people would even consider bringing back Trent
