Israel’s Arab parties went from 10 seats to 19.
Their leaders refuse to call Hamas a terrorist organization.
And yet they ran, their voters voted, and they won 19 seats in Israel’s parliament.
The election committee tried to disqualify them. The Supreme Court unanimously overturned it.
You can strongly oppose everything Israel stand for and still recognize this for what it is:
A pretty remarkable example of democracy.

Another beautiful to Sir Patrick Steward tribute that I ran across on Reddit
If the creator of this would let me know, I am happy to flag it

Patrick was one of those icons who we somehow all took for granted would always be with us.
I grew up as a fan, and was later gifted the privilege of becoming a colleague and friend, working with him for many years on “American Dad!”, “Family Guy”, and “Ted”. He was that rare actor who could take any bit of dialogue and elevate it, making a good writer sound great, and a great writer sound masterful. He was also as humble as they come. I remember exchanging emails with him a number of years ago when he was beginning day 1 of a new film. He commented to me that he always walked onto a new set feeling like the biggest novice there. My stunned reaction was the same as anyone’s would be. I said, “Patrick, if you feel that way, the rest of us are screwed.” We have lost a legendary actor today, and for many of us, a good friend. He will be deeply missed by the entire planet.

The @NYTimes jumps on the stupid "Palestinians cannot vote" meme.
When the Palestinians elected Hamas, did Jews who live in what they consider their territories have a chance to vote?
Canada is heavily affected by US policy. Should Canadians get to vote?
Has anyone even suggested that Cypriots who live under Turkish occupation but aren't Turkish citizens vote in Turkish elections?
As always, the rules for Israel are different.

This video from Iran shows everything you need to know about the regime.
A lone woman, already on the ground, surrounded by men, beaten by an armed IRGC thug with his rifle butt.
In Iran, the IRGC doesn't protect people — it hunts them. Women are kicked, blinded, imprisoned and killed for the crime of wanting freedom.
This is what oppression looks like in Iran.
Iranian women face guns, batons and death just for demanding a normal life.
She survived this beating. So many others like #MahsaAmini, #ArmitaGaravand did not.
Designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization.
Be the voice of Iranian women.

They called it apartheid. The ballot box called them liars. Arab and Muslim parties are winning 17 seats in Israel’s parliament, the Knesset. Arab turnout was above 70% in town after town. Wait, I thought Zionists were racist, so how come these “racists” are giving parliamentary seats to Arabs and Muslims, who, in turn, came out to vote? Some villages hit 90% turnout.
They democratically participated and voted in a Zionist democratic system they believe in?
Arabs now hold about 14% of Israel’s parliament. Muslim MPs hold about 4% of Britain’s. Odd kind of apartheid, where the “oppressed” vote harder than London does.

Israel’s apartheid is so genocidal that Arab/Muslim votes will decide their election 🤡

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

😡 Oh, so it wasn’t just the BBC then? How am I not surprised!?
Turns out TAXPAYER FUNDED civil servants were also working inside ITV and Channel 4 during general elections, helping prepare news coverage, fact check politicians and assess party manifestos.
And apparently they weren’t just checking statistics either. They were organising interviews and helping put together stories on immigration. One even went looking for people to interview about how cutting immigration could hurt businesses.
Sorry, but since when was any of that their job?
🤷🏻♀️ Looks like election interference to me.
There’s a HUGE damn difference between checking statistics and helping produce the news millions of people watch when deciding who to vote for.
And this has been going on for at least 11 YEARS.. across FOUR general elections!
‼️ 2015
‼️ 2017
‼️ 2019
‼️ 2024
Were they doing the same during the 2016 Brexit referendum? Almost certainly. 😡
We’re constantly told these broadcasters are independent and impartial.. yet they’ve had civil servants working behind the scenes during elections.
And WE’RE PAYING FOR IT! 🤦🏻♀️
Who authorised this??
How much has it cost us?
I think the public deserves some bloody answers and an independent investigation into the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.
Because if civil servants have been influencing election coverage, that’s not impartial journalism. That’s propaganda being funded by taxpayers, and there’s absolutely nothing democratic about it.

A lot is now being explained
The BBC has betrayed the British public
Shame on them !
Civil servants were embedded inside the BBC newsroom working on coverage of politically sensitive subjects including immigration, small boats and Covid.
And we are supposed to believe nobody saw an obvious problem with this? We all knew the BBC was a voice box for the government. Now we have the evidence.

Throughout human history, there was one thing that protected one's tribe: The recognition that the tribe across the river was dangerous and would attack if it thought it could win the battle. This is history. Imagine that now in the West, our most fundamental virtue is to REJECT any survival reflex in seeking to protect ourselves against ideologies that exhibit perfect animus toward us. Rather, we celebrate those ideologies and seek to turn our societies into mirror images of countries where such ideologies rule. It is the ultimate civilizational collective mind parasite. It is the ultimate Greek tragedy. It is Collective Seppuku albeit void of any honor or dignity: "Take our children, take our women, destroy our culture, mock our societies, destroy our religions, but please please please don't call us bigoted. I'll show you the way to my children as long as you don't call me a bigot." The greatest tragedy that humanity has ever seen because it is fully self-inflicted due to parasitic thinking and suicidal empathy. [Save this tweet]

Sky News have taken the utterly bizarre stance of blaming right wing social media accounts for sharing footage of far left extremism sweeping across France and beyond.
Let that sink in.
Left wing protesters, some waving Palestinian flags, are smashing up cities, looting businesses and clashing with police.
Yet somehow, the people sharing footage of this destruction are being portrayed as the problem.
Here's an idea, Sky News.
Stop blaming the people exposing the chaos and start blaming the extremists actually causing it.
The people filming and sharing the destruction aren't the ones destroying Europe.
