Africa x Arch Network; Igniting Bitcoin’s Next Evolution Bitcoin just leveled up and Arch Network is at the core of it, unlocking yield, scalability, and real-world utility through BTCFi. From store of value to source of yield, @arch_prime is redefining what Bitcoin can do and Africa is stepping right into the center of this transformation. Arch Africa is where the continent’s builders, innovators, and visionaries come together to shape how Bitcoin powers the global economy. Africa’s role isn’t a choice, it’s the catalyst. With its youth, creativity, and unstoppable drive, the continent is set to lead the next wave of BTCFi adoption. Together, we’re building a decentralized future where Bitcoin doesn’t just store value, it creates it. Arch Network. Powered by Bitcoin. Driven by Africa.

The Capital Market Stack
Here's the entire month, collapsed into one line. Bitcoin provides the asset and the final settlement layer. Arch Network provides the execution infrastructure sitting alongside it. ArchVM runs the actual logic, UTXO aware, fast, and honest about what's real versus what's wrapped. Applications, lending, trading, vaults, run on top of that execution layer. Arch Prime sits above all of it, the single account where collateral, credit, and strategy come together as one position. Six layers. One stack. Every single one of them exists because the layer below it made something possible that wasn't possible before. That's not a pitch. That's just what we spent October proving, piece by piece.

I've always believed that one of the biggest problems with DeFi isn't the lack of opportunities but it's how disconnected everything feels. You earn on one platform, Borrow on another, Then trade somewhere else And when the market gets unpredictable, managing all these separate positions can eventually become a headache, That's why the @Arch_Prime announcement caught my attention. What interests me most is the idea of having everything work together instead of managing different parts of my portfolio across multiple platforms Just think about it: 👉 One self-custody account to manage your assets. 👉Earn yield on your holdings. 👉Borrow against your assets without necessarily selling them. 👉 Trade from the same ecosystem. 👉 A unified risk engine that considers your portfolio as a whole. And there's even more to the bigger picture. With Arch Network providing the infrastructure, aUSD serving as the dollar layer, and professional trading and liquidation infrastructure supporting the system, Arch Prime is working towards a more connected onchain financial experience. For me, that's what makes this interesting. DeFi should be about giving people more control over their assets, not making them jump through endless hoops just to put those assets to work. I'm particularly interested in seeing how Arch Prime brings all these pieces together when it launches. Because the future of DeFi shouldn't just be about having more protocols It should be about making them work better together, That's a direction really worth paying attention to. @Arch_Prime

Capital efficiency is about making your assets work smarter. The question isn't just how much Bitcoin you hold, but what that Bitcoin could make possible, Arch Prime is building toward a future where native BTC can unlock more financial utility through collateralized

Replying to @NovabyLola_01 @Arch
Arch Prime, deployed strategy positions are valued using their NAV. However, the full value doesn't necessarily count as collateral. This is where a haircut comes in.

Your money earns in one place, sits idle in another, and gets liquidated one position at a time when markets turn. We built @Arch_Prime to change that: one account, one risk engine, and you stay in control. Here's the full story.👇

Prime Dollar
If Prime BTC is the Bitcoin side of the account, Prime Dollar is the other half, USD denominated, running alongside it under the same Arch Prime position. Deposit dollar stable value, earn yield on it, use it to borrow or deploy into strategies, all without leaving the Arch ecosystem or touching a separate platform. Where Prime BTC keeps your upside exposure to Bitcoin intact, Prime Dollar gives you a stable leg to manage risk, park capital, or borrow against without BTC's volatility sitting underneath every decision. Two instruments, one account, built to work together instead of forcing you to choose. We break down yield tomorrow, and we're not going to oversell it to you. That's a promise, not a tease. Stay Tunezz!😆

Learning ArchVM until mainnet. To know is to be free. Day 16 of ArchVM: what if some validators go offline, or act badly? ROAST keeps signing moving even if some validators are slow or unresponsive. It can also spot misbehaving validators and leave out their signature shares. according to the @Arch 's docs the network tolerates fewer than 49% malicious validators.
Learning ArchVM until mainnet I'm gonna keep it simple as possible. Day 15 of ArchVM: why do validators have skin in the game? Arch uses stake-weighted delegated proof-of-stake. Validators are chosen in proportion to their staked @Arch , and they put that stake at risk. Add threshold signing on top, and no single validator can sign alone.

Big banks have offered this for decades. Bitcoin never had it until now. That's the idea behind a prime broker, one relationship for credit, execution across venues, custody, and a single view of your positions and margin. Collateral posted once backs everything, so you are not funding the same thing several times. Historically, only the biggest accounts got this. @Arch_Prime brings it to Bitcoin, brings it on-chain. One account that: • holds native Bitcoin as collateral • borrows against it • deploys into yield strategies • manages it all as one margined book It runs on Arch Network, which holds the collateral and settles on Bitcoin. Arch Prime extends the credit. @Arch clears and settles it. it's prime time.

DeFi liquidity is fragmented and sophisticated financial services remain inaccessible to many. @Arch_Prime brings prime brokerage onchain, letting you borrow against your assets without selling them. Access is based on your collateral, not who you are. This is leverage. 🧡🦅
There has always been a massive gap between the financial tools the wealthy use and the ones everyone else gets. They’ve been gatekept from the start. We built @Arch_Prime to put the power back in your hands. Learn more on our new website: arch.network

Prime BTC
Prime BTC is the Bitcoin side of your Arch Prime account, and it does two jobs most people have never gotten a single asset to do at once. Deposit Bitcoin, and it can generate yield, your BTC working inside Arch's vaults instead of sitting idle. The same deposited BTC can also serve as collateral, letting you borrow against it without selling a single satoshi. Yield and borrowing power, from the same coin, under the same account. This is what "Bitcoin shouldn't just sit there" actually looks like in practice, not a slogan, an account balance that does more than one thing.

Tomorrow, the other half shows up. They were built to work together, not alone.

Everyone talks about yield. Very few people talk about what happens to your money when the market goes bad. That's the part @Arch_Prime spent the most time on. They call it Iron Wall, and it's the risk engine that sits behind every Arch Prime account. Here's the simple version. Most DeFi apps manage risk like five security guards each watching one door, with no radio to talk to each other. One guard sees trouble and panics, while the others have no idea anything is happening. Iron Wall is one control room watching the whole building. It's made up of five pieces that work together: → One account Everything you hold sits in one place, so Iron Wall sees your whole portfolio at once. Your account health is basically everything you hold, adjusted for risk, minus everything you owe. One number, for the whole account. → Priority lanes Arch built its own chain for this. On it, transactions that carry risk, like a closeout, go to the front of the line. When the market is crashing and everyone is spamming transactions, the important ones don't get stuck in traffic. → PropAMM When something needs to be sold, Iron Wall doesn't dump it into one small onchain pool. Its PropAMM routes the trade across 60+ venues, so it's priced against the whole market, not one thin order book. → archUSD Loans on Arch Prime are in archUSD, Arch's own dollar, backed 1:1 by USDC. When a position is closed, the proceeds land as USDC reserves, archUSD is minted from them, and lenders are repaid in the same dollar they lent. Nobody has to go buy dollars in the middle of a crash. → Velox This is the human side. Velox is the trading desk that runs execution and risk across those 60+ venues. Code enforces the rules, and Velox handles the parts code can't do alone. Put all five together and you get something DeFi hasn't had before: one system that sees the risk, acts first, sells smart, and repays in its own dollar. That's how a closeout on Arch Prime can go from breach to lender repayment in under 3 seconds when the product path runs, without waiting for some outside liquidator to show up. And it unwinds in order. Strategy positions get closed first, and your Bitcoin is the very last thing touched. Now, honest take. Iron Wall isn't a magic shield. Bitcoin can still crash, strategies can still lose money, and a closeout still sells at whatever price the market is paying in that moment. The goal isn't to remove risk. It's to make sure risk is handled on time, in a known order, by a system that sees everything. That's the difference between hoping nothing breaks and having a plan for when it does. Prime BTC brings Bitcoin price exposure, strategy-generated yield, and borrowing power together in one position. The same BTC can generate returns through a trading strategy while serving as collateral for a loan. That's the utility @Arch_Prime is building.
