If you had told me ten years ago that I would be launching an international health initiative I would have laughed you out of Judea!
But here it is!
"The Judean Diet" is a 90 day program based on the wisdom of the Torah, the teachings of the sages of Israel.
All I can say is that after a lifetime of different diets, this is the only approach that has worked for me.
I am not a guru. Nor do I have a PhD in anything.

Luke Hilton and Josh Waller of @theisraelguys sat with @JeremyGimpel and @Ariyehuda of @thelandofisrael and absolutely destroyed the idea of referring to Judea and Samaria as "the West Bank".
Yehuda and Shomron are the Biblical Heartland of the Land of Israel, the Jewish people, and it's steeped in thousands of years of Jewish history.
One thing that's shifted since 10/7 is that sane people now understand that there will be no "Palestinian" state on the ancient lands of Judea.
Special shoutout to Senator @TomCottonAR for submitting a bill in the US Senate that calls for the US Govt to cease using incorrect terminology of "the West Bank" when referring to Judea and Samaria in Israel.
