I am creating my own tabletop racing game (inspired by Scalextric) with Three.js, and it works on the web, tablets, and mobile phones. Astra created the track pieces and cars using Blender. We then iterated on an algorithm to generate valid tracks with those pieces. We are currently working on a track editor.
