Thanks to @pjcoogan for a great interview with Brendan @Feadpool, the Knights of Munster trainer and former Ireland Team Captain. A lovely introduction to the sport and hopefully we'll have some new knights joining us soon!

I was reminded of this the other day, I think it was from back in 2018, at a very wet heritage week event, trying to smash bubbles with a mace or sword, can highly recommend!

Oh, someone finally took a photo of me sparring at our Saturday class. Yes I’m on the left in all black. Which is awkward under the summer sun. Sweaty work with swords!

We are very proud to have Scarlett on our team and currently she is involved in a very tough fight, it's going to be a long process for her and she needs all the support she can get, so please help if you can.

Today marks the first anniversary of the death of Club founder, international marshal and all round gentleman Brendan Griffin. We miss him dearly and have yet to come to term with the loss he has left in our lives. If you knew him take a moment to remember him.
