@geordinhl said apartheid spatial planning wasn't real because people could just take busses. Funny guy.

Your words in November 2023 when he joined Tshwane and you were mayor. You’re the one who gave the City this problem.
nitter.cf/Reactions_vids/status/…
Earlier this year Mayor Nasiphi Moya’s ANC and EFF coalition partners voted to protect the CFO of Tshwane Gareth Mnisi against allegations of serious wrongdoing. ActionSA looked the other way. The allegations against the CFO, which include failure to disclose his own financial interests, were treated as “less serious” by Moya’s coalition. The DA went to court to overturn the CFO vote, and to have the CFO face an independent enquiry and possible dismissal. Moya had a chance to support the DA court application, but she is opposing it. Instead, the city rushed through an informal process against Mnisi and gave him a “final warning”. The SARS raid on Mnisi shows what a farce Moya’s handling of the matter has been. Not only is her MMC of Finance, guilty of unlawfully doing business with the city, kept in his position. The CFO, his counterpart in the administration, is protected from dismissal.
Who won the league last season?

Quick reminder:
Arsenal couldn’t score Arne slot’s Liverpool throughout last season .
This would be a walk in the park for Iraola .
They’ve got 3 100M plus players in that team, if you didn’t have them as challengers that’s on you. They definitely have capacity to challenge regardless of a win or loss on Sunday
No one had Liverpool as title winners at the start of the season, very few had them as title challengers, could that all change with a win against the champions Arsenal 🤔

You’re right. The investigations are not complete because an arrest doesn't conclude an investigation, nor does a bail application mean the charge sheet is final. Further investigations can uncover additional offences.
Excellent

Show me where I claimed to have good governance? I see reading for meaning wasn’t your strength
Replying to @ArsenalBLM
You claim to have good governance but you are always complaining about ANC😂😂 You have been complain since your independence, till date you are complaining.
South Africa is literally unsafe. You could be killed or robbed at any time. Does that happen in Rwanda?
Seeing clean streets in Kigali and concluding that 60 million South Africans need a bedtime? This obsession with authoritarian solutions to governance failures is foolish. 😂
You initially called for more factories. Now you’re explaining why existing factories are empty? You’re describing a trade & industrial policy problem, not a shortage of factories. What would building more factories achieve if the conditions that emptied the existing ones remain?
Replying to @ArsenalBLM
They’re the same people who are allowing more Chinese imports. That’s why Chamdor factories are empty. How are people going to maintain themselves in those houses if they don’t have jobs?
Bylaws? How have you gone from admiring clean streets to advocating curfews and restricting freedom of movement. You people are so fascinated with Kigali's aesthetics that you're casually entertaining authoritarian measures. All because someone showed you a clean pavement? Smh 😂

…and stricter enforcement of bylaws. But we don’t like to do things that benefit us positively
What annoys me about South Africans romanticising Rwanda is how readily they overlook political repression, restrictions on dissent & Rwanda's involvement in the DRC conflict because Kigali has clean streets. Surely our standards for good governance should extend beyond this?
