hopefully the upcoming patch changes some of the very high variance in utility from the tier3-4-5 (esp tier 5) neutral items. i feel i've lost some 60min+ games due to not getting any dmg item on pos1 and the enemy pos1 getting upgr. deso

in the last 15 immortal queue games i have played vs 6 smurf accounts, 2 maphackers and 2 different pairs of people queuing on bought accounts to party q with their friends and throwing if not picked on the same team i am publicly pleading for valve to do another clean-up!!!
