Claude can now break down papers like an MIT researcher.
Here are 10 insane Claude prompts that turn dense research papers into simple summaries, diagrams, limitations, experiments, and future research ideas in minutes (Save this)
Excited to share our systematic review and meta-analysis of standard- versus reduced-dose sotorasib in KRAS G12C-mutated NSCLC, now published in @JCOOP_ASCO
Reduced dosing did not appear to substantially compromise efficacy, supporting dose optimization efforts aligned with FDA Project Optimus.
Grateful to my coauthors for their contributions to this work.

One question that emerged from this work:
Should our assessment of tolerability extend beyond adverse events to include a patient's ability to remain on therapy long enough to derive benefit?
#ProjectOptimus #LCSM
Completely agree. Tolerability is more than adverse events. If reduced toxicity allows patients to stay on treatment longer without compromising target inhibition, it may become part of the efficacy pathway itself.
Grateful to @HannahRAbrams for highlighting this concept and to @NagashreeSeeth1 for her mentorship on the work behind these observations.
Replying to @HannahRAbrams
In this regard, drugs like Zofran, interventions like exercise, etc, are some of the most powerful cancer Rx we have. So kudos @Arthur_Aung on this study - higher upfront dose intensity is not always most effective if can’t consistently deliver it safely!
Excited to see this work presented at #ASCO26. Patients with pre-existing autoimmune disease remain underrepresented in immunotherapy trials, and real-world data are critical to informing treatment decisions. Looking forward to seeing the results and discussion.

Congrats to @NehemiasGuevar5 & team #ASCO26
Key takeaways for oncologists:
🔹 Autoimmune disease ≠ automatic exclusion from ICIs
🤔 Requires careful toxicity monitoring & patient selection
🤝 Strong oncology + rheumatology collaboration is critical
🔹 Shared decision-making remains essential
Important real-world data for everyday practice 💉🫁 #Immunotherapy @ASCOTECAG @hemeoncfellow @HemOncFellows @ASCO

Thank you @NarjustFlorezMD for building such a supportive community for trainees and early-career oncologists. It’s a great reminder of how much mentorship and community can shape our careers. @NehemiasGuevar5 #ASCO26
My joy and pride - the community that I once created so nobody will feel as isolated as once did.

What environmental factors may contribute to lung cancer risk beyond smoking?
Looking forward to presenting our #ASCO26 poster on ambient carbon tetrachloride exposure and lung cancer incidence in the U.S.

Conference season is upon us with poster sessions, #oralabstracts, and #grandrounds on the horizon! To help prepare, we wrote this #ASCOconnection article:

In the piece, we share practical strategies to:
🔹 Lead with the core message
🔹 Make the “so what” clear
🔹 And more
Because strong science should be easy to understand, discuss, remember, and carry forward.
