This is a game i've been building called Wildercraft.
It's a PvPvE wilderness survival, crafting, building and raiding world with 5 unique zones, over 500 items, mounts, melee/ranged/magic combat, and 10+ skills you can level up. Runs on mobile/desktop web browsers - powered by @threejs

I was so busy thinking about wildercraft this morning that I almost poured my cereal milk into the sugar jar instead of the bowl.
Open world fantasy PvP.
Over 50 melee, ranged and magic armor and weapons.
Base building and raiding.
5 Zones, 7 skills including alchemy, forging, herblore, woodcutting, mining etc.
More than 400 items total.
This thing is an absolute beast and has been super fun to play.

There’s a crazy thing about Stargate because when you go through it you get turned into data and rematerialised on the other side, which kinda means that the first time you ever go through one you basically die but then a new you spawns and continues where you left off.
It’s similar to the concept of uploading your brain to a machine, where if you just took a snapshot of a brain and killed the person and booted up a robot with that snapshot that would be bad, so instead they do it piece by piece so your consciousness stays active partially on either side which is apparently “better”.
Would you upload your brain for immortality? would you still consider this “you”?
It’s 2026 and a huge amount of software is now obsolete.
I have a folder called “life” that i shove everything into: receipts, statements, thoughts, goals, medical and health, gifts i give people, everything.
I own my data and can point any AI at it. I can swap models at any time and it just keeps working.
AI knows literally everything about me and I can query it, roast my ideas, ground myself, ideate, and AI can correlate things no other software has ever done before.
It’s only a matter of time before this is mainstream. People will come up with a better UX that the general public accepts.
The most important thing AI has done is bring back provenance and ownership of your data in a meaningful way.

Pirating games is the original free-to-play
Seems I kicked a hornets nest saying I didn't care if people pirated my games - let me explain something.
Early on (when I didn't know shit decades ago) I was really upset by it "ER MAH GERD! People are STEALING my work I busted my ass on! I'm gonna starve and go broke!"
Sure... lots of my games got pirated. Literally every game does to an extent.
- but here is what happened in my case. My freaking games are good. How do I know? They sold really well and the pirating spread the word, friends tell friends, people buy its that simple. No press is bad press.
Of course you get people who never pay. Thats just part of the game. Thats life. They weren't going to buy anyway.
However LOTS DO. Loooooooooots do. Especially if they had fun.
How do I know? Because fool, I lost count over how many professional games I have shipped past 30 something. Nearly all of them sold over a million copies or more. There is 10s and 10s of millions of games sold I worked on. I lived it.
If you want me to bet on me crying like a little punkass about pirating "but its WRONG!!!!" or leaning into and putting trust into the people that play and enjoy my games - I am going to pick gamers every fucking time.
They NEVER have let me down. EVER.
Well - once. But that was James Patterson's Womens Murder Club on the Nintendo DS. That game was a piece of shit and I'm sorry. Nobody gets it right 100% of the time.
