May this Dussehra inspire us to rise above our fears, choose courage over doubt, and lead with kindness and compassion.
Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Dussehra!

Main resign kar raha hoon… us soch se, jo kehti hai ki meri pehchaan bas itni hi hai. ❤️
Mumbai mein Navratri aur Durga Puja ka utsav hai. Maa ke anek swaroopon ko naman karte hue, ek khayaal aata hai… apne andar ki kitni sambhavnaon se hum abhi mile hi nahi hain?
Aapne mujhe alag-alag roop mein apnaya hai. Actor, speaker, khaane aur safar ka saathi… Har baar jab maine kuch naya shuru kiya, aap mere saath rahe.
Aur har naye raaste par maine apne andar kisi naye Ashish ko jaana. 😊
Isiliye aaj, bahut pyaar aur ummeed ke saath, aapke saath ek nayi shuruaat baant raha hoon— Reinvent with Ashish Vidyarthi
Ek platform, jahaan hum saath milkar apne andar ke ‘aur’ ko dhoondhenge.
Shayad zimmedariyaan nibhaate-nibhaate aapki koi khwahish peechhe reh gayi. Shayad kuch naya karne ka mann hai, par ek awaaz kehti hai… “Ab kya?”
Dost, aapne ab tak jo kiya hai, uski apni keemat hai. Aur jo karna chahte hain, use bhi ek mauka deejiye.
Mere andar anek hain. Aapke andar bhi.

Is there really a different India called “Rural India”?
At the @ET_Edge – The Times Group Rural Marketing Summit in Mumbai, one thought stood out: India may be divided by pin codes, but aspiration knows no boundaries.
People everywhere are discovering new possibilities.
Yet culture, language, humour and stories remain local.
The product can be universal. The conversation has to be local.
I recalled railway-wall advertisements from years ago:
“Ek baar mil toh le…”
— Professor Arora, Rishte hi Rishte, Regarpura.
Long before algorithms and targeted ads, someone understood the power of speaking to people in their world.
The lesson remains: Don't assume. Don't underestimate. Listen, understand and tell stories that belong.
Whether the conversation is about AI or FMCG, different business questions need different conversations. Storytelling helps us create them.
My thanks to Samuel Ebenezer, Senior Director – Multiple Business Verticals, ET Edge - @ETNOW_GBS ; Rohit Arora, Strategy Director at Can Image Media Tech, for their valuable inputs during the curation call; and Gyavin Picardo, Deputy Chief Manager Special Project at Times Strategic Solutions Limited, for his continued support in shaping the event.

Festivities bring stories and traditions alive—and sometimes, a fresh perspective on ourselves.
This Durga Pujo, Maa Durga’s many forms sparked a thought worth sharing.
What if there’s more to us than the roles we play?

Some conversations begin with strategy.
This one began with a photograph.
Growing up, Baba used a Konica camera. Many childhood memories were captured through it.
Years later, I found myself speaking to Konica Minolta — an organisation that has evolved from cameras to office, production and industrial printing, and specialised digital technology solutions.
That journey made me reflect:
How do we honour where we come from without allowing the past to define where we go next?
Evolution isn't about rejecting who we were.
It is about carrying our strengths forward while being willing to take new forms.
The same is true for organisations.
The same is true for us.
Perhaps staying relevant simply means having the courage to keep asking:
What is the next version of us?
My thanks to Ms. Susmita Dutta, CHRO, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India, for sharing the organisation’s DNA, transformation and vision during our curation conversation — and to everyone who helped make the session meaningful.

A machine may look seamless when it reaches the real world.
But behind it are thousands of details, decisions and people making sure every part works.
I was glad to return to John Deere India and spend time with the team working on embedded technology.
Our conversation came down to one simple thought:
The customer doesn’t experience functions. They experience one John Deere.
Engineering. Technology. Testing. Operations. Every contribution eventually becomes part of the experience someone depends upon.
That’s why every role matters—even the ones that may never be seen.
My thanks to Rohini Mahajan and Geetika Purohit for helping shape the conversation with such clarity, and to Yogesh Babar, Amit Talwalkar, Shweta Parbat, Jagruti Shinde, Nikhil Gaikwad from White Copper Entertainment and the ground support/events team for making it all come together.
What’s one often-unseen contribution in your organization that makes a real difference?

The future is never built alone.
At the Verna Industries Association’s AGM & Leadership Conclave in Goa, themed “Networking with a Changing World,” I was reminded that true networking is about exchanging experiences, listening beyond our industries and creating possibilities for the next generation.
Felicitating 9 students from 9 partner schools supported by VIA’s CSR initiatives made that thought even more meaningful.
Reinvention, to me, is not discarding who we have been, but discovering what else our experiences can make possible.
My gratitude to VIA, and to H.E. Ambassador Maria Manuel de Macedo Franco; Hon’ble Industries Minister @GodinhoMauvin Ji, VIA President Mr. Kalpak Aware , General Secretary Mr. Ramakrishnan Kannan, Vice President Pramod V. Sulakhe, and Vasant Gavli and the entire team.
Thank you for bringing enterprise, leadership and social responsibility together.

Had a lovely time sharing my thoughts with the August audience and loved the interaction with Jimmy Tangree, an institution in himself.
The Fireside Chat on “Human Intelligence vs. Artificial Intelligence, Who Owns the Future of Creativity?” at the 25th ICT East 2026, held on 24 September 2026 at Kolkata, explored the evolving relationship between human creativity, technology and reinvention.
In a thought-provoking conversation, Mr Ashish Vidyarthi, Indian Actor, Motivational Speaker and Voice of Reinvention, engaged with Mr Jimmy Tangree, Head, 91.9 Friends FM, sharing reflections on embracing change, turning challenges into opportunities and using emerging technologies such as AI to amplify human potential.
The session highlighted the power of curiosity, creativity and the courage to imagine new possibilities, encouraging participants to see reinvention not as a one-time transformation, but as a continuous way of navigating an ever-changing world.

One person. Many personas.
I am still an actor.
But I’ve also discovered the speaker, storyteller, traveller, digital creator, vlogger, performer, musician — and the Reinvention Catalyst in me.
Maybe reinvention isn't about becoming someone else.
Maybe it's about asking:
What else is waiting to emerge in me?
I wrote about it here ↓

We engineer buildings, systems and cities. But how often do we engineer ourselves?
On Engineer’s Day, I spent time with the engineers of Prestige Group, engaging with them on achievement, relevance, growth—and the question of what we can still become.
As a storyteller, I shared a thought that stayed with me: the same curiosity, problem-solving and innovation that engineers apply to the world around them can also help us reinvent ourselves.
What can I learn?
What can I explore?
What else is possible within me?
Reinvention isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about discovering what is already within us—a forgotten skill, an unexplored idea, a dormant curiosity.
Our latent assets, waiting to be activated.
Thank you, Prestige Group, for inviting me to be part of this special Engineer’s Day celebration—and for the opportunity to celebrate the people behind what gets built.
The most important project we will ever work on has no final blueprint.
It is the ongoing project of becoming.

On Engineers’ Day, I had the privilege of being with the engineers of the Prestige Group —celebrating the minds that build, solve and shape a stronger India.
Remembering Sir M. Visvesvaraya, whose vision laid strong foundations for India’s engineering journey.
Happy Engineers’ Day!
Possibilities are everywhere. Sometimes, we just need to pause, look again, and recognise the opportunity within them.
May Lord Ganesha bless us with the wisdom to see beyond what is, and the openness to discover what can be.
Happy Ganesh Chaturthi! 🙏
