Jupiter in Leo ♌ Oct 31, 2026 to Jan 25, 2027 Tomorrow Jupiter enters sidereal Leo and joins Ketu. Jupiter is coming out of exaltation in Cancer and entering the sign of the king. The focus shifts from protection and growth to leadership, authority, reputation and who gets to guide others. Leo is ruled by the Sun. Jupiter here brings attention to people who hold power, teach others, lead institutions or claim to speak for something bigger than themselves. But Ketu is already in Leo, in Magha nakshatra, the seat of ancestors and inherited authority. This is where things get interesting. Jupiter with Ketu can bring a rethink of the people and institutions we have been taught to respect. A leader may face questions about their decisions. This can also bring important discoveries about family history, lineage, ancestral property and the responsibilities passed down through generations. Magha carries the idea of receiving a seat that existed before you. The question is what you do with it. Jupiter will go retrograde on Dec 13. Ketu leaves Leo and enters Cancer on Dec 5. Then on Jan 25, Jupiter retrogrades back into Cancer and joins Ketu there. So this first Leo phase is short, but it sets up a bigger story. We get a glimpse of what happens when authority is questioned, when an old belief loses its hold, or when someone has to decide what kind of leader they want to become. This same Venus-Saturn opposition was active during the August eclipses fortnight. Now something from that time may come back. A relationship that was already struggling, money that was spent trying to fix a problem. You may even have to deal with something you thought was already settled. Promises need to be backed by action. Financial arrangements need a closer look. In relationships, one person may finally realise they have been doing all the work. Venus in Virgo keeps trying to make things work. Saturn in Pisces can bring you face to face with what you cannot keep fixing. Take a step back before making another promise or spending more money to fix an old problem. Look at what has actually changed since August. Have the other people involved taken responsibility too? Make your next decision based on what is happening now, not what you keep hoping will happen.
