Gardening. I play the piano. Was massively into amdram but have retired from that. Finally my hubbie is a collector of junk - I display said junk in garden and house in an aesthetically pleasing manner!
Just seen the word 'era' ( it's one of those mornings, we've just had a power cut). So I have a fondness writing about the 1950s - so that would be a useful time to be working for The Friend.

Recent severe weather conditions have exposed the Museum of Making to substantial flood damage. The museum will be closed to the public whilst insurers are consulted, the damage is further assessed and a repair plan is put in place.
