A ghost in the northern sky. 👻 The clouds cleared this halloween eve in South Indian Lake, Manitoba and the #aurora took on a haunting shape. Even the sky is getting spooky. Happy Halloween! 🎃@Storyful @StoryfulNews

I thought the full moon last night would wash out the #northernlights, but I was happily proven wrong. The #aurora danced across the sky before midnight. @TamithaSkov @AuroraNotify @TweetAurora

The #northernlights showed up on the eve of Thanksgiving Day in Northern Manitoba. Thankful we had clear skies and got the chance to witness the #aurora illuminate the night skies. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. @AuroraNotify

Aurora to the south and north in Longyearbyen! Never saw this before. Could be seeing both nightside aurora (south) and dayside cusp aurora to the north. So cool.

Earlier, the forecast hinted at a show as the CIR ramped up. By 10:55 PM of October 3, 2026, the wait was over. The #aurora was dancing brightly over South Indian Lake. Here’s the timelapse from tonight. @AuroraNotify @TamithaSkov
