It's so important your woman is and can identify something about your personality/character she's deeply enamored by. Not only what you do or what you have.
Zendaya says there's one attractive quality about her husband that makes her jealous and impressed
Zendaya: "Something I am always impressed with Tom about, which I feel like I want to inherit more of, is he's very...
Tom Holland: "Awesome? legendary? talented?"
Zendaya: Yeah, so many great words...but you really stand on your big stickler for respect and kindness."
"Not to say that I'm not doing that, but you just make sure that is in the front."
"And then if that line is crossed, I think sometimes he's better at drawing boundaries and making things clear. And I'm a little bit more like, okay, guys, it's all right, everything's all right."
"You're good at being like, no, no, this is, we're not doing this. You're good at setting the boundaries when they need to be set. Really clearly, really strong."
"So I like that you have, you know what you feel is right for yourself, and you do it, and for others you're very protective in that way.

I'd add that Japanese fans are supportive of English dubs, too. Sharing roles with legends like Mamoru Miyano and Yuichi Nakamura, so many Japanese fans tell me "wow, the English sounds so cool," or they enjoy the interpretation. Loud sub fetishists are the only ones being weird.

Rest in Peace Eric Bauza 🕊️ We lost an incredible human being this week. @bauzilla was one of a kind, and has been in everyone’s household for years making us laugh with his amazing voice over work since the early 2000’s. I was fortunate enough to get to know him during the pandemic on a personal level and he was kind enough to share his experience/advice and expertise with me over the years and even coach me through some voice acting auditions I had. He took time out of his busy schedule to be a mentor to me in this voice acting industry, and for that I just want to say thank you Eric, I really wish you weren’t taken so soon, but your legacy will always be remembered for years to come.

This is why dub vs sub debates in 2026 make zero sense. Most of the time, the Japanese and English VAs get along, so why can't the fanbases do the same?
What happens when you spend over 20 years bringing the same character to life? You keep growing! 🔥

I started the second half of Hibiki finally, a while I don’t straight up dislike it like most do, I’m definitely starting to dislike Kyosuke already 😭. He’s only been around for seven episodes and he’s such an asshole for no reason😭
People’s rights and basic necessities of living are being stripped away while thugs with plastic badges are terrorizing/taking lives. This shit needs to change.

i think like, the coolest part of this stage show besides this, ouja survive, and ryuki survive, is the crowd singing along to Alive a Life & Revolution to cheer on the heroes. it's so cool.
