You must be aged 18+
ALT Are you autistic or think you might be? Whether you have known all your life, are recently diagnosed, on a waiting list or just wondering, you are welcome to take part in our Exploring Being Autistic programme at AutAngel. We have an in-person and online 10-week programme available. Aim of the programme: learn about autism and discover if/how if affects you personally, process emotional response to identification/ diagnosis, consider pros and cons of disclosing identification/diagnosis, develop strategies to enhance strengths and mitigate challenges associated with autism, meet with autistic peers.

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of the brilliant @stevesilberman last month. Steve has been a great ally to the autistic community and we have been honoured to meet and interview him over the years. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
