i kept hitting my Grok Bot usage limits...
so i built a desk that sends the heavy work to Claude Code on my own subscription
now my limits last the whole week
here's the Grok Bot link to set it up in 30 seconds:

Wholesome timeline moment. This dude deserves every dollar. Nice one Higgsfield
if hard workers can't live well, who is this economy for?
we're building higgsfield to help more people earn a living from what they create.
supporting someone through a hard time is part of that mission too.
glad we could add $30,000 to this family's fundraiser.
thank you to everyone helping. let's keep it going.

f*cking insane. Elon says Grok Bot can pay for itself, so i gave it one rule: "pay for yourself or you're fired"
three bots in one group chat, each with its own memory:
the scout reads every post on X and Reddit in my niche and never touches my drafts
the builder turns every idea it brings back into 3 things: a reply, a post and a landing page
the closer wakes up on a nightly routine and hunts stuck tasks, dead ideas and drafts nobody approved
→ i approve a draft: it ships, so the company learns from what sells, not only from what it reads
→ a draft has no price on it: the closer pings me instead of guessing one
→ an idea sits 7 days without moving: it gets killed
a one-person company can look busy for months while making zero dollars
Scout finds. Builder makes. Closer checks.
every task has to show:
> the idea
> the post it came from
> the last day it moved
paste this into Grok Bot:
"Build me a one-person company with three bots in one group chat. Keep my raw ideas untouched in ideas/, keep drafts/ updated yourself, ship nothing without my yes and run a nightly check for stuck tasks. Show me the structure first. Do not create anything until I confirm"
start with one niche you actually know, not every trend on X

your agents aren't slow... they're out of sync
i run ~40 of them. coding agents, a reviewer, a chief of staff bot running the rest
i changed one decision in a chat and a coding agent kept building the old plan until review caught it
a smarter model wouldn't have saved me. none of them had the shared state
here's why serro is a big deal:
- it keeps a live record of every program, versioned
- it flags when an agent drifts off the current plan
- a human confirms before anything updates
- it coordinates the work, it doesn't make the call
one 300-person eng org found 112 recurring reports with it. 5,000 hours back

Your coding agents are fast now.
The problem? They can move just as fast in the wrong direction.
Miss one update, and they can spend days building the wrong thing - costing you tokens and engineering time. That's why devs are still glued to their monitors.
Meet Serro: the Agentic TPM.
It keeps your people and coding agents working from the same evolving program. 👇 @serroai

grok bot can now build and run a full animation review on one game character...
the trick is separating the motion from the review, but there's a smart way to set it up:
- step 1: connect grok bot to blender through MCP and let it scan the rig before anything else
- step 2: drop in the soldier with his own clips: bind pose, idle, walk, run
- step 3: grok bot checks every loop: first frame, last frame, any hitch in between
- step 4: it adds a short blend between each clip so idle melts into walk and walk into run
- step 5: it builds the review stage: grey grid, soft sun, clip name, timer and a 1/4 counter on screen
- step 6: the soldier turns slowly the whole time, so every angle gets seen once
- step 7: you watch it once, say yes or no per clip, and export only what passed
and the two rules that make it work...
the tool that animates is never the one that judges
every clip gets checked from every angle before it touches the game
4 clips, 26 seconds, zero broken frames. this is how solo devs ship like a team

YOUR AI AGENT CAN NOW CONTROL A REAL IPHONE.🔥
Just connect your iPhone to Mobilerun Cloud and let an agent control it with a single prompt.
Super simple setup.
Just an iPhone, a Mac or Linux, and under 2 minutes to get started.
Yes, you can even use Claude or Codex to run the automation😉.
clover just wrote a full snake game in 9.4 seconds...
same prompt, two models the same size (35B total, 3B active):
→ clover 35B-A3B: 418 tok/s, done in 9.4s
→ qwen3.6-35B-A3B: 147 tok/s, done in 35.0s
~2.8x the tok/s. ~3.7x faster to a finished file.
[why it's this fast]
a normal LLM writes one token at a time, left to right. clover is a diffusion LLM: it drafts a whole block of tokens at once and refines it.
both games in the video are untouched output, playing themselves.

my numbers, my setup: API, thinking off, qwen through openrouter. @ikekong's team quotes ~700 tok/s on their hardware.

if you're building agents, do this before you sleep tonight
open the last run that broke and find the exact step where the agent had to guess
that's usually where it went wrong. it didn't know, it picked something, and everything after built on it
bivia is made for that step. it makes the small call, shows you the odds, and when it can't be sure, it passes it back to you

how to make your Grok Bot an expert in any field:
> find the person who knows the subject best and posts about it publicly
> distill them... it reads their posts and pulls out their voice, opinions and knowledge
> it turns that into a skill
> it spins up a bot that answers the way they would
> it refreshes overnight so it keeps up with what they learn
i did it with a quant i follow... now i ask them how they'd approach a trade before i touch it
paste this to start 👇
distill [at]handle into a bot... learn how they write, what they believe and what they know about [subject], then answer my questions the way they would
Grok Bot is the closest thing to superintelligence i've used...
it can start a one-person company, grow your audience, pay your bills on time and save you money... while you finally touch grass
here's everything you need to go from beginner to advanced:
understand how it works:
- docs.x.ai/grok-bot/overview: how a bot works (its own cloud computer, browser, files and terminal)
- docs.x.ai/grok-bot/skills-ro…: get a task working once, save it as a skill, then schedule it
- cursor.com/help/grok-bot/rou…: timers and triggers (Slack, email, webhooks) that keep running when your laptop is off
steal templates, don't start from zero:
- x.ai/bot/marketplace: the official shelf
- botshelf.dev: community library by use case, plus an MCP connector so your bot finds templates for you
- somi.ai/grok-bots: one-line cards, good for browsing ideas
- grokbotshelf.com: search by keyword, category or author
learn to write prompts:
- botdirectory.ai: copyable prompts you can filter by tool (Gmail, GitHub, X)
or skip the reading... paste this into your Grok Bot:

interview me for 5 minutes about my work and what eats my time. then pick the 3 tasks you could take over, find a ready-made template for each on the marketplace or the community shelves, adapt it to me, and show me the setup before saving anything. turn the one i use most into a routine.

HOLY SH*T. my Grok Bot trading bot just closed its first month up $8,412. THANKS ELON
for a year i kept chasing one question: what can make money while i'm asleep
so i opened Grok Bot one night and we tore apart every side income idea we could find
almost all of them wanted customers, hours or a lucky break
one wanted none of that: a bot for the Polymarket crypto markets
so we pulled apart every bot already winning there and kept what worked
why crypto:
→ a fresh "Ethereum up or down" market opens every 15 minutes, 96 of them a day
→ the ETH price is on every screen, nobody has an edge you can't see
→ each market settles in 15 minutes, so a bad idea dies in a day, not a month
it took us weeks of testing. here's where we landed:
→ only the 15-minute ETH markets
→ it does nothing until about 4 minutes are left
→ ETH sits within $2 of where the window opened, but the losing side is already 15-35¢
→ it takes that cheap side anyway. it still lands 41% of the time
→ when one side breaks away for real, it buys the leader around 55¢
→ it almost never pays over 72¢, roughly 1 buy in 12
→ it sits out 6 windows of every 10. $12 a bet, $140 max on the clearest setups
30 days since we turned it on:
→ +$8,412
→ green 27 days out of 30
→ worst day: -$44
→ 4,118 fills, and it's trading while you read this
honest part: the first two versions lost money. version one bought every cheap side it saw and the fees ate it alive, version two waited so long it missed half its fills
want to build your own? here's the team behind mine:
→ Watcher pulls the Chainlink ETH price these markets settle on and prices each side's real odds
→ Trader buys on its own, only when a side is 6+ points too cheap after the fee
→ Auditor goes through every fill each morning and freezes everything after 2 red days in a row
→ Grok Bot routines can't react inside a 4-minute window, so Builder wrote the terminal that does the trading. it lives on a $5/month server, never sleeps and talks to Polymarket directly
paste this into Grok Bot to start:
"build me a Polymarket desk for the 15-minute "Ethereum Up or Down" markets with four bots: Watcher, Trader, Auditor and Builder. Watcher reads the Chainlink ETH/USD price the markets settle on and prices each side's real odds. Trader buys any side 6+ points too cheap after the fee, never above 72¢, $12 a bet. Auditor checks every fill each morning and freezes trading after 2 red days. Builder writes a lightweight terminal for a cheap server so it reacts in seconds. run everything on paper first and only let Trader use real money after a green week"

i'm already pointing the next bot at the SOL markets. follow so you catch the wallet the day it goes live
