He was also working illegally as a @Deliveroo rider when he spotted a woman passed out by a bus stop in Chelsea. Wearing the turquoise Deliveroo kit, he dragged her off the street “like a rag doll,” took her between parked cars and raped her for 17 minutes while she drifted in and out of consciousness. She ended up with 33 bruises. He then lied to 999 and followed her ambulance to A&E, CCTV showing him smirking as he searched the hospital for her again. He was convicted of three rapes and two assaults by penetration and jailed for 21 years with no deportation order. The prosecutor told the court the checks on whether he should even have been working were incomplete.
