We don't need Canada? Who is advising you, Harp? 👇 Crude oil: Canada supplied 63.4% of U.S. crude-oil imports in 2025. Natural gas: Canada supplied virtually all U.S. natural-gas imports in 2025. Electricity: Canada supplied 81.3% of U.S. electricity imports in 2025, helping connect and balance regional grids across the border. Refined petroleum products: Canada supplied 24.9% of U.S. refined-petroleum-product imports in 2025. Minerals and materials: Lumber: Canada supplies roughly 70–80% of U.S. softwood-lumber imports, enough to account for about one-fifth to one-quarter of the lumber used in America. Potash: Canada supplies about 90% of U.S. net potash imports, making it indispensable to fertilizer and agricultural production. Farmers already took a hit from Iran war for fertilizer. Nickel, aluminum, zinc, and steel: Canada is the leading foreign supplier of each to the United States. Uranium, cobalt, lithium, copper, graphite, and rare-earth materials: Canada is an important North American partner in supply chains for nuclear power, defense, manufacturing, and batteries. And you know the sad part? No one knows why we're fighting with Canada. Not even you, yourself.
Trump on Canada:They need us. We don’t need them.

DL Hughley: “In Iran we’re the bully, in Canada we’re the bully. We have done this for no reason at all. The reason we’re having these distractions is because of the Epstein List and this dalliance with this young girl. It’s all been to distract from his obvious and omnipresent moral failings. Every time he’s about to be exposed, somebody black or brown dies or somebody has to pay more money”

🇺🇸 House Speaker Mike Johnson snapped at CNN after being confronted over his repeated predictions that the Iran war would end quickly and cause only a “temporary blip” in gas prices. Breaking Points’ Ryan Grim called Johnson’s response “such an impressive assertion of powerlessness” that he “thought that was a Democrat for a second.” @ryangrim | @emilyjashinsky | @BreakingPointsx

Vance: "The leaders of Iran are truly, truly insane. They are willing to do anything, and I don't think this stems from any great strategic wisdom, but rather from a desire to minimize the flow of oil and gas."

Sloane Stephens after getting her 1st Grand Slam match win in 2 years at U.S. Open “The Sloane Stephens Foundation is up there guys. 🥹 They came all the way from Compton. Some of their first time out of the state, first time on a plane, just to be able to see me play. I think I’m playing for so much more now. It gives me motivation. It’s another reason to get out here.” ❤️ “I think I was put here to be a good tennis player, but I don’t think that was the reason I was put on Earth. I just think I have a serving heart. I’m so glad I get to do it through tennis. It’s been my vehicle to do so many incredible things. I love helping people.” ❤️

I really like him a lot. Nike said ‘basketball.’ So I said ok, you want basketball I’ll give you basketball 😂. I love expressing myself through clothes. I don’t like talking that much I tell people. I’m glad you guys appreciate it and I’ll see you in the next round.”

The U.S. just took a stake in Venezuela’s oil. Not Exxon. Not Chevron. The Pentagon. A 35% stake in a private company tied to 17 oil fields — roughly 1/5 of Venezuela’s reserves. The partner: Alejandro Betancourt, who has faced money-laundering investigations in Spain and Switzerland, according to The Wall Street Journal. No formal charges have emerged. He is also close to Delcy Rodríguez, Maduro’s former deputy, who was never elected to lead Venezuela. And Article 12 of Venezuela’s Constitution says the country’s hydrocarbon deposits are inalienable. I’m Venezuelan-American. People I speak to there are shocked. Send this to an American who should know who their government just went into business with. What do you think of this deal — and these partners?
