It’s been fun and an honor to work on this project the past few years with great teammates and even better participants from the #a11y community. I can’t wait for this to get in the hands, feet, arms, chest, or whichever body part customers prefer to game with. #inclusivedesign
Introducing Project Leonardo for PS5, a highly customizable accessibility controller kit designed to help players with disabilities play more easily, more comfortably, and for longer periods.

If those assholes looked like me they woulda been dead three times over before they got a mile from a Capitol balcony.
Frustrated that remote unmoderated #UXResearch tools are not #accessible. How are we supposed to be #inclusive when the tools offered exclude people with disabilities (one of the largest minority groups in America)??

Please God, let there be an entire feature film comedy about this scene in the near future.
This is not over. For we shall mount our righteous stand at Four Seasons Total Landscaping. Next to Fantasy Island Adult Books. Across the street from the Delaware Valley Cremation Center. Between the fire extinguisher and yellow hose. #MAGA
Replying to @Office365
@Office365 - is it possible to import a spreadsheet schedule into Outlook 365’s calendar? If so, how? Thanks!
Created this graphic to help visualize the ease of accessibility when taken into account from the beginning and the messiness when it's an after thought. Thanks to @cordeliadillon for creating this great metaphor that inspired me.

At least 80% of design leadership is communicating the same thing over and over to your team, peers, and management until you start hearing them say it back to you.

Dear #gamedev/#indiedev, please take this image as a call to action.
Tiny text is the #accessibility issue I see complained about more than any other, and it's getting worse. There are now legal requirements for it too (CVAA). Please consider sensible defaults & scaleable text.
Do screen readers read out that it's an external link?
*Note - I understand that does not solve the issue for people with cognitive disabilities or low vision who may lose track of being taken to e new page. Just curious :)

Great @darkpatterns from @Airbnb - The price first displayed is less than half of the actual total. The filter doesn't use the total, so it's useless. The lack of friction helps push people through w/o noticing. Still used AirBnb, but no longer my 1st choice.

Hey @googledrive - Why can't I copy or duplicate folders in Google Drive? It would make my job a lot easier and seems like an easy feature to add. Any explanation would be wonderful.

Hey @shawn_slh - I will be attending the @AbilitiesExpo in L.A. to speak with people about gaming. Do you have any tips for performing guerrilla style research that is effective in a setting like this?
As #ux professionals we should always ask, "Is this going to help the customers?" If the answer is no, then we need to keep on iterating until we get to yes.

Just did an interview about the #AmazonBabyRegistry @darkpatterns and told the producer, "I can't believe I'm here right now because of a random #tweet I put out over a year ago." He looked at me and said, "Yeah, that sounds pretty much like everyone else we get in here." #life
