this album should be held in the same regard as exodus by Utada. an asian pop star making a fully english record in their early 20s with western producers and features. it WORKS SO WELL!! It’s like exodus except it inhibits more recession pop era sounds and an indie sleaze sheen.

this album also was a huge grower as exodus was for me. I gave both a 7 on first listen but i continue to come back to them and really see their greatness. both are 9s for me and stand as some of my favorite pop records of all time.
