Ava was at the European Transplant Games in Arnhem last week, securing 5 individual golds in the 100m free, 50 free, 50 breaststroke, 50 fly and 100 IM. Achieving 3 PB’s.
She also helped the relay to 2 golds and importantly raised awareness of organ donation.
Training is going well for BOK Masters swimmer Wayne Dent who is running the Vale of York Half Marathon for Overgate Hospice and the Roy Castle Lung Charity. He wants to be a record breaker so please consider giving him your support!! justgiving.com/page/wayne-de…

Congratulations to Ember and Lily from Development Squad. They were competing at the NER final last weekend and met Team GB medal winner James Wilby. Lily finalled in 100 and 50 breast and Ember in 50 free. Well done to both 👏
