Okay friends, we have a problem. The Winnowing Flame trilogy is being released in North America, which means you can't get physical editions here without ordering through book depository. Does this affect your voting? Should I remove it as an option?

Also If I remove it, do you want a new poll with a new "third" choice or just go with whatever option ends up being highest ignoring Ninth Rain in current poll.
