1 > You Buy $AMC $GME
2 > Citadel borrows shares from a Lending desk provided by BlackRock and vanguard or an ETF and Short sells to your buy
3. > then quickly covers into ETFs like $XRT
4. $XRT creates new shares but doesn’t have $GME shares to locate so they give Citadel “Cash in Lieu” to buy and Close $AMC and $GME
5. Citadel can’t close cause nobody is selling, so they enter into a Derivative contract with Bank of America
